  Horrible negligent business. I was just charged a random $700+ debited from my account without authorization after closing my account after 5 years of paying on autopay for leased alarm equipment. The excuse was that they made an error and applied someone else's money to my account a year and a half ago and just now figured it out so they charged me WITH additional late fees saying technically I was delinquent now that they had to debit the money back. I'm livid.

  Horrible people , bought an ice machine new , financed by them , the machine came in broken and damaged , I called the company I bought it from they told me to call timepayment corp . After I tried to explain that I cannot even fix the machine due to the company only has the parts . I asked to exchange the machine but with no answers I only paid 2 payments and stopped paying for the machine was received damaged , and the damage was from inside the machine not outside . Few years later in 2023 they took me to jail missing the court , where I was kept with a person that was just arrested for murdering his gf . Nobody at prison knew who I was or what I was doing there . I have nightmares from this , but I went to court and agreed to pay 80 dollars a month but my bill went from 1600 ice machine to ***** . Once the payment started going thru I realized I didnt see the lawyers taking anything out , so I called they said their system was updated , then again they said that my pin was lost . To the point I knew they were trying to set me up . Now they put garnishment on my account and thats what they wanted . They are evil people and business like this does not belong on this country .

  Purchased mats from Fuji mats for my gym. Sale applies including shipping was $9900. Financed mats with time payment Corp. Paid over six months worth of payments totaling in excess of $4000. In the process of trying to get a payout for the mats total was over $10,000 which was more than the sale price of the mats and they agreed to con finance charges. This company has shown through experience predatory behavior in my phone conversations with their representatives. I do not recommend using this company to finance anything. **** beware youre in for a scare.

  Company will tamper with documents. They tell you one thing. You agree. They send over blank documents for you to esign and once back they put higher rates and monthly payments. They will harass you and make threats. Send people on your property to ***** while you are gone. This company needs looked into. They are scammers and the reviews and complaints show.

  This company does not even deserve 1 star, they lock you into a noncancelable agreement which is rediculas. I purchased a piece of equipment for my business and after 1 week found out we did not need it, it was still in the box and is being returned. This company does not even care and is making us pay for somthing that is being returned.Bad company that does not care about its customers.

  They don't even deserve 1 star! This company deserves to go under. All the people who have been ruined along the way should get there money back. I have a broken machine the company is willing to accept the machine back and terminate the contract and TimePayment won't terminate the contract. So now I am stuck with a broken machine I have to pay top dollar for because I got screwed. I was supposed to finance a 2k machine when it was all done I owe 5 k on a lease. I can't even believe this place is still in business.

  I wished I read the BBB reviews before I even joined nor signed up with TimePayment. I would never joined or purchase the printer, but at that time I should of payed attention. I requested to returned the equipment because it hasn't been used and refuse to take it back. Now they want to threaten lawsuit for a 63 days late payment. I never heard of anyone company doing that for ************************ to come up with large amount upfront and I'm not able to.I regret signing up for this and will tell anyone not to sign up for TimePayment because they want to threaten instead of trying to be polite especially when sending emails. I'm in a different times zone, so by the time I get off they already about to be closed, out the office or gone for the day. I have to talk to certain people and it shouldn't be that way.

When you enter into a contract with TimePayment, don't expect them to explain anything. They conveniently omit crucial details and bury hidden fees in the fine print, leaving you blindsided and financially stranded. It's a classic bait-and-switch tactic that preys on unsuspecting customers.But wait, it gets worse. TimePayment doesn't just stop at deceptive practices; they resort to outright intimidation tactics. If you dare to question their underhanded dealings or express dissatisfaction with their services, they won't hesitate to threaten you with ruining your credit. It's a despicable form of coercion that leaves you feeling trapped and powerless.In my experience, dealing with TimePayment has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their utter disregard for ethical business conduct and their shameless exploitation of customers make them a complete joke in the industry. Save yourself the headache and avoid TimePayment like the plague.To sum it up: TimePayment is a fraudulent company that preys on unsuspecting customers, lacks transparency, resorts to intimidation tactics, and cares little about the well-being of its clients.   Currently on hold with Time Payment related debt collector even though my case was litigated, settled and closed. This business is a bullying company that recycles their debt through countless debt collectors and treats their customers like Buy here Pay here customers. I'm currently waiting for court service for the same matter. I'd love nothing better than this business to close and its investors fail miserably. They are criminal in the way they handle business. Get a loan shark, you'll be better off.
