These "purchases" are connected to my husbands debit card. We live here in ** and are just personal trainers, this company is all the way in MA and looks like they lease and sell construction equipment... we have never authorized a purchase from them. * They have been taking anything from $139-$142 out of my account every month on the 12th or 13th since January of 2020. * They granted a temporary "refund" of these charges (totaling close to $3500) on Oct. 27 2022 and took it right back out last week * We have never signed a single thing authorizing this withdrawal

In April 2022 I purchased 2 sublimation machines, which were financed by TimePayment in ********** **. They have taken the liberty each and every time to tell me something different about the way they store customer credit cards. I have NEVER given TimePayment authorization to auto-deduct from my accounts nor will I. They store the information and take it upon themselves to charge when I've informed them I call in monthly with payment. Then they charged me NSF fees because the credit card was declined I only fund it when I am paying bills. I come to you for assistance in resolving this matter. Each month I call they tell me a credit will be issued but instead what they do is take my current payment and apply it to erroneous fees and report my account as not paying the agreed-upon amount. Making new fees roll over monthly. Reflecting as if I am short paying my obligations. I don't wish to be threatened with reporting negative information on my credit as I have paid this account accordingly and the fees are something they created for themselves and me as this is affecting me emotionally, and physically... I'm at my wit's end. They want to charge me to get a monthly statement and I believe they are charging me each time I call to make a payment. If a service is financed by law the vendor needs to mail a monthly statement and they are getting away with placing fees on my account because I am unaware of it until I pay the following month. This company is a scam as the equipment I purchased is only about 4k and they are charging me 5k worth of interest. This alone needs to be investigated as these companies are ripping folks off. I need assistance in solving this matter as I am getting nowhere with anyone I speak with.Do not charge me fees to take a credit card payment.Do not charge me for a monthly statement of $10 and refuse to provide me with one unless I pay.Clear all erroneous fees off the account. Update my credit files accordingly.

The date of the transaction was October 1st 2022. I have been trying to make a payment to this company and repeatedly my request got denied. The bank account that pays for the account got frozen. I made contact with the company as soon as I found out. I gave them my debit card which they took and did not use for my payment. I called again 3 days later after noticing that the payment has not been made from my debit card which was attached to a different bank account. Also tried to get them to change the bank information which they refused to do and even hung up on me! It is like they are refusing to take my payment.

I entered into a contract with this company on 1/20/2022 for leasing of equipment and a monthly payment plan. I have finance with this company in the past with no problem. This second financing prove to escalate the price three times more than the equipment cost. I believe I'm being taken advantage of with predatory lending tactics. Equipment that cost approximately $6000 is being escalated to $18,000 by the financing company. I have the contract and will attach to this email for your assistance.Thank you.

TimePayment has been having severe website and accounting issues. They are not keeping current records, the customer service email does not respond or reach out, and the legitimacy of this company is truly in question. I know I have paid each month, however, none of the payments are reflected on the website, 2 previous payments were pulled from my bank account well over 1 month after payment was made, I did not receive email notification of these transactions, my balance is not reflecting true amounts due to this and I am in the dark about anything related to my account. This has been going on for months...since June/July 2022. How can this be acceptable for a 'business' to continue to operate or be viewed as legitimate. This 'business' needs to be investigated or some correction needs to be instated. If I just don't pay my bill or have issues of my own, I will be harassed, but they have been having issues and feel no consequences.

      Hello TimePayment Corp,

I will respectfully disagree with your assessment of my complaint and the front facing platform will show otherwise.  I have sent messages to your support team over the past few months and only received one response with a (paraphrased) "we are working on it".  There has been a message banner across the top of your user portal for months and what you are stating is not accurate.  If I am the only user with ongoing system issues, please feel free to allow tech support staff to contact me for troubleshooting on your end.  Thank you again for your response, unfortunately a canned message will not work this time.

      Respectfully,

      **********

I'm depressed and suicidal after dealing with the unauthorized use of my personal information. Which resulted in this unauthorized item on my credit report. I sent letters over 30 days ago and they failed to get back with me with sufficient validation. This account violates the ***** and must be deleted immediately because those are serious violations and I could be compensated for them.

I signed a leasing agreement for a clover point of sale register. The original company Azura Leasing sold the lease to TIME PAYMENT CORP. I have contacted Azura and Time Payment to inform them that due to COVID-19 my business is now closed and I will no longer use the register. I needed to be released and return the equipment. They have refused to terminate the lease and they have threatened to ruin my personal credit. The lease has price gouged and the amount due is higher then the actual equipment is worth. I would like to return the equipment and terminate my contract. I have no money coming in and that was the agreement on how payment was being received
