1 starCost us expensive for product delivered. Questions and study guides are poorly written. When you ask for clarification on portions emails go months with giving you run around and no answers. Do your research and go elsewhere.

Our customer was right to be upset with the customer service he received. We did not reply to his emails. I have apologized to the customer and we are responding to the original email. As a company, we intend to use this as a learning experience for future interactions with our customers.As for the quality of our programs, the vast majority of our customers are satisfied with our product. Our website describes our Money Back Offer. Only a very small percentage of our customers request a refund through the Money Back Offer. In addition, we offer the option of a free 2-day trial that provides potential customers with full access to the materials they are interested in, so they can make an informed purchase decision.
