      I bought my husband a Bible on 8/22/24. I was charged $16.95 in September and October for a total of $33.90. When I called to cancel by phone, the first ****** couldnt find me, transferred me from the rewards to the order department. The order department barely let me say anything before transferring me back to the rewards department. After being on hold almost 15 minutes, the call ended on their end. Very frustrating.I will not be ordering from them in the future. As a ****** who orders for our church, I find their practices dishonest.

      Somehow I was unintentionally enrolled in the Christian **** Rewards program. The program charged me $16.95 a month for 6 months. When I reached out to the company, they cancelled the account, but said that I agreed to the charges, which I would never have done. Please help me obtain a refund. I am happy to upload proof of these charges.       I made a purchase from Christianbook website in April ******************************************************************************************* ***** per month. Ive just discovered it and want to be removed from the rewards program and have all charges removed from the 5 months that I was charged - May 22 - September 19 for a total of $84.75

      I was unaware that by buying products from this website included a subscription to this rewards program the cost of this service was $16.95, which was charged twice, once in July 22nd 2024, and again on August 19th 2024. The cost of the product I purchased was $73.02 on July 2nd. I have not received by email or text any confirmation of this purchase nor information on what benefits this subscription provides. I would 1, like to be taken off of this subscription list, and 2, if possible be refunded the full amount if $33.09. I do not regret my purchase, but this subscription I never knew about it, not want it.

      Since May 2023 I have been charged $14,95 from Christian **** Rewards. I have never created an account or ordered anything from the company. I have called and emailed in several time but have not gotten the issues resolved. They cant find my name, address, email or phone number. I even provided them the first 6 digits of the card number along with the last 4 digits, and still nothing. I am only one in possession of the card and somehow my card was used beginning in May 2023. I need some assistance.

      Please accept our apologies for our part in the mix-up.  It appears that back in ********************************************* credit card information and signed himself up for the Christianbook Rewards program but with your credit card. It took a little research but we were able to finally match your credit card number with his details and request an account cancellation from Christianbook Rewards. They will also be refunding the fees charged.  Thank you for your patience, persistence, and surprisingly good attitude about this whole mess.       I purchased a book from Christianbook.com and they enrolled me in a rewards program and began billing my credit card for $16.95 a month. I sent and email to them regarding the charge and explained that I didnt mean to enroll in any rewards program and to stop billing my credit card to which they responded that they would stop the charges however they continued to charge my credit card every couple of days.

      Also, when we received your email on September 2, we processed your cancellation request. Since the program is billed monthly, you've only been charged for one month of membership, $16.95. There are no daily recurring charges.

      I was enrolled in the Christian **** Rewards program at $16.95 a month after a legitimate purchase in Feb 2024. So for 6 months I have been auto charged $16.95 every month. I had NO idea that I was enrolled. I did NOT approve such a subscription as ti would make no economic sense for me. I do NOT have an account number or anything to remove myself from this online shady "program." ChristianBookRewards doesn't recognize my email, etc when I try to do it myself. I will NEVER order from this firm again. Please help me to be refunded what I am due. As for uploading supporting docs, how would I upload six different CC bills to show these transactions without then showing my CC number etc? I have NEVER received a real bill.

      I have purchased from this website twice (9/16/22 and 11/28/23) and received products as ordered. Without my knowledge, the rewards program started charging me $16.95 per month in May 2024. My account with the company states I have a membership with the rewards program but I am not able to login to "my rewards account" to cancel since it was not set up using my email address, which I use for all accounts. I do not have any email confirmation of signing up for this subscription. I don't understand why it would randomly start charging me 6 months after my purchase. I would like a refund for the 4 months of $16.95 charges (total $67.80) and be removed from the rewards program so that I am not charged next month.

      I made a purchase from Christianbook, buying a few books that had a positive impact on my life to share with some of my closest friends. Unfortunately, I recently discovered that ever since that purchase, Christianbook has been charging my credit card $14.95 each month for a subscription service that I did not knowingly sign up for.I was entirely unaware that I was enrolled in any kind of subscription program, and at no point during my purchase did I realize that I was agreeing to such charges. I am quite disappointed to find these recurring charges on my credit card, especially since I did not consent to them. I believe this is a misunderstanding, and I sincerely hope that Christianbook will rectify this situation.I am requesting a full reimbursement for these unauthorized charges and that the subscription be immediately canceled. I trust that Christianbook values its customers and will handle this matter with the same integrity that I have experienced in their other dealings.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

      I placed an order on on 5/9/23 for books from christianbooks.com. I remember being asked to join the rewards program but declined since I don't ever order books from here and wasn't anticipating using them in the future. Somehow, I have been being charged monthly for $14.95 for a total of $224.25 over the past 15 months. I am not able to access or cancel this program since it does not recognize my email or phone, so the website claims I do not have an account. I see others have had similar issues and I would like my subscription cancelled and the $224.25 refunded.
