    i have tried to cancel my account with them multiple times. they said that they were going to and never did. when I tried to contact them with a cancelation request it says that I cant send a message. I'm just looking for a refund of my money.

    We did refund his September payment.  And the ongoing subscription was canceled today.

    i emailed the customer explaining:

    Monthly payments are not refundable.   But we would mail him a check for the other payments.  My email to him explains this.
