  Unfortunately I had a bad experience. The pricing structure does not make sense - I spoke with someone over the phone (and over-estimated the size of the items I needed picked up) and was told the starting price would be $129 for a large sectional. Online, their starting price for any truck is $49 (so this made sense when I scheduled the appointment). I booked a 1:30-3:30pm slot and received a text to let us know they are extremely busy that day and to let them know if I had any questions. I texted them the time I was available until and if I should reschedule and they texted back if they will be late they will call at 3pm. I did not receive a call until 3:15 to tell me that they would be 15 minutes late. Once they arrived 20 minutes late, they quoted me for all items at $700. I told them I would be willing to pay $250 for the sectional alone and surprise surprise they "made it happen." This didn't seem like a discount FOR me and to help me, it just seems like they went along with the best price they could get since I was originally quoted $129 for the sectional. The other two items were small in comparison to the sectional and they would not take them. I don't understand how $700 for 3 item, went to $250 for the largest item and the other smaller items not being taken. I understand there is no obligation to use them once they provide the quote, but the entire situation seemed like a scam after the fact. I also called customer service and I booked under one email and had them send my receipt to another, and they are saying they don't have EITHER email on file and won't change my email to either of the correct ones or let me know what is on file. This seems like a security issue and I really hope they aren't sending any communication from my account to a random email that I did not authorize. Will not be using again, and really hoping someone out there doesn't have my info since they can't seem to secure it. Also, I had to help them move the item - what a waste.

  The guys that picked up my "junk" were nice enough and personable but I got totally ripped off on the price I had to pay. 5 furniture items (desk, headboard, dresser, mirror and armoire). They claimed these items would fill 2/3 of their truck and charged me $558.00!! I will be filing a formal complaint against them.

  We called at 1:00pm to have them come empty a storage building and were told they would be there between 1:30 and 3:30pm and that they would call 30 mins before their arrival. At 2:22pm, we had not heard anything and tried calling for an update and it went to voicemail. We immediately got a text advising they were on the other line and would call back. We simply asked if we have an hour so we could take a load home and they said yes. We then texted again at 3:33pm and asked for an arrival time and were told it would now be closer to 5pm. We told them we needed 30 mins notice to get back to the storage building and they apologized and said they would give us a discount for the wait. At 4:30, we texted again and asked if we needed to head to the location and the response was that the truck team would call ahead that way we would know. At 5:20pm, after still not receiving a call, we texted back to cancel. They said they could come on Monday and would give us a 50% discount. We told them to cancel because 1) we work on Monday and 2) the building has to be empty by the end of the month and Monday is the 1st so that wont work. We are still waiting for a response back. Will not waste time with them ever again.

  They lied on the phone, they told me it would be $140 to $700 with 700 being a full truck. Then when they showed up, they informed me that it would be $1000 for everything and I told them no. So they said they would take the big stuff for ****** and they barely took anything for that. I will never use them again.

  Generally this was a very good experience. Setting the appointment was easy and they showed up on time. I was shown a pricing sheet, dependent on how much of the truck was used. The $ amounts were higher than I have seen online, but I guess that is just "inflation". According to their estimate my junk filled 5/6 of the truck and that is fair. I really would not have argued if they had said that the truck was full... I have lived in this house for over 35 years and had collected a lot of "stuff" that truly was junk. My only complaint is that they workers drove off leaving a small table and a medium sized table sitting in the driveway and I did not notice until later because the items were hidden by a fence. When I called the number I did talk to the driver and he promised that he would have someone swing by to pick up the items, "no charge". It is now 24 hours later - that phone has "no mailbox set up" and the 800 number put me on hold and never got back to me. This was the ********** ** business. I guess my only option now is to drag the items up the driveway for trash pickup next week and hope they will take them.

  FROM CEB My son placed the initial call. The room for my just deceased husband was 13 by 13 feet with a narrow closet in the entrance to his ******* care room. The items in the room were divided up for removal.. I took several items including furniture, to my own apartment. ******* came later in the day and took back the hospital bed , large wheelchair , oxygen canisters , small hospital table, and raised toilet seat. The dementia care facility took all of the linens, small throw blankets , television , electric cords and small table on wheels. Lots of stuff was thrown out and went to the dumpster behind the building. There was no kitchen in the room.ONLY 5 items, plus some clothing on hangers, went to I GOT JUNK- a loveseat for 2 people, a table lamp, a small wooden end table that was maybe 18 inches across, and an average size chest of drawers maybe 3 feet across. There was one small folding snack table that I can remember who took it. The clothing could have been put into one large brown paper bag that is seen in the company's ads. I placed at least 4 calls to I GOT JUNK . EACH TIME I was told ***** would call me. She never called me , but early on someone called my son who was not unhappy since the men showed up on time, were friendly and he saw that after my work sorting everything out, the room was empty except for the hospice furniture. Looking at the receipt the cost was $568 after I added a tip. The company unbelievably said the 5 items plus some clothing took up 2/3 of the truck. I think that is outrageous ! Since no photos were taken it was a tough luck , you can't prove anything situation. I asked about household items and was told maybe the table lamp was in that category. I would not recommend this company.

  Have used them for years. Apparently they care more about s******* people by over billing then loyal customers. Will never use again and will never refer them.

  Listen, they did exactly what. I hired them to do which is excellent. However, they fail to let you know there might be a labor fee and the charge for hauling your junk away. The biggest crock is that their truck is A LOT smaller than they appear to be in the commercials. So if you got a lot of junk, beware.

  The workers were pleasant while switching the price I showed them they gave est. ******* and ended up being 798. Wasnt even a 1/4 of truck and the trucks were already loaded with previous job they cane from whole thing took 30min. Never again??
