  1-800-JUNK is good if you got money to blow that's for sure! When I made an appointment, they were an hour late, and this is the second time I used them. The first time I used them, they were on time, but charged me $430 for one couch and they never give cash back and that's what I pay with,. The second time, like I said, was an hour late, and it was only a love seat, bed, box spring, bed frame which was just metal, no head board, and a small fabric rocking chair... They charged me $660! I got all that furniture for free! They took all the furniture I wanted out and put it in the hallway with my door open without taking it into the truck first, and kept making me do three reviews for the different cities, I'm thinking in my head, get my stuff in the truck first for one, and for two, why do I need to do three, and why do I need to do it right now? Very unprofessional and very overpriced.. Next time, I'm finding someone cheaper! $660 for a love seat, bed, and rocking chair.. They even scratched my floor up moving everything. Rip offs, and they only cared about the reviews. It shouldn't cost that much, yeah I could've thrown it out near the trash but I had no help, but I woulda only had to pay $150 fine.. They're ridiculous! I only did it cause I needed it done ASAP. I don't respect them period.

  This is a rip off. Took ten minutes for two guys to load my junk on a truck. They claimed 1/2 truck which was ridiculous. It was probably 1/4 of a truck to 1/3. Was charged over $600. Find another company.

  I had a great experience. Get rid off it a dresser and tv stand heavyweight. The workers ****** and **** were very polite and professional. For me was reasonable price for the hard work and I love the ideia of everything be reusable someday

  Can't give less than one star. I was a victim of a classic shake down.The crew shows up. I a couch a love seat. Old ***************** Along with some brush.. They quoted $527.00.. I was in a rush, so I agreed. One loaded They said it would be $800. When I refused they threatened to dump it in my driveway.. So they said if I paid $500 on my card. & " tipped them both a $100 each cash they would call square.. So I was held hostage .. Please do not use rip off artists..cheaper to rent your own dumpster. And get some friends to help out

  Had one couch picked up, *******************. Was given a price of $125.00 We had the couch on the sidewalk didn't need to enter house. Truck arrived, loaded one couch and then the price changed to $200.00 Be careful of the bait and switch!!! Very shady!!

  Very expensive for residential junk removal. This franchise is more adept in handling businesses and corporate types of excavation. No interpersonal skills with a resident as far as booking and confirmation of scheduling times. Pick and chooses which customers JUNK their team would want to remove. I wouldn't recommend their services for a residential area in the inner cities such as ************. Not capable of meeting the requirements for a smooth transition of the junk to be removed as there business slogan and motto guarantees.

  Their TV ads show people dancing because they got rid of their junk. What a joke!I was quoted a high cost just for a couple of things.No way would I pay those prices. You think people are dancing after paying that kind of money?

  Extremely overpriced for the service that they offer. I hired this company to get rid of two small dressers, a very small table, and an office chair. They charged me over $200 for that so that is a complete ripoff. I wouldnt have paid if I got the estimate on the phone, but I felt pressured to accept their price when they arrived in person. They also came more than an hour late. I will be telling all of my family members and friends to avoid this company for junk removal. I could have rented a truck to take this stuff to the dump for MUCH CHEAPER! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! VERY SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES. I tried calling customer ******************** about 5 different times, and I either didnt get a response, or the person told me that they dont offer refunds for unsatisfactory service while the items arent in their possession. Youll be extremely unsatisfied if you conduct business with this company. They operate as a scam business.
