  One star and word for these guys: Absurd I Called to dispose of a relatively small microwave. The operator refused to give me any indication of the price saying that the driver would give me an estimate on site. They came. The price offered? An astounding $125. I dont know if that was legit or the driver was working something on his own but either way I would not waste my time with these guys.

  Would actually give NO STARS! Price quote was acceptable, but then then tagged on $100 manpower charge(not major junkboxed, not heavy)!? They tracked & soiled my carpets in two rooms. When called on this, they left saying someone else would have to get our junk. We called asking for customer service, the servicemen lied & said we used racial slurs. That definitely did not, & would never happen! Said someone in management would follow up the next day. Also, didnt happen.

  Will not give a receipt or incapable to know how.the owner name is ***************** they dive you The runarounds called every week for three weeks three different people same results see you in small claims court why did you make this so difficult

  If I could leave 0 stars I would!! Worst customer service ever all the way up to the *** Very upset if I can advise you as someone who has always worked in customer service order dumpster drop off and pick up!! This **** got junk service will lie to you , take your money and not finish the job. DO NOT USE COMPANY

  Robbed me of my money Said one price and then charged another. Shady business practices. On top of this there was never anything in writing. No contract no nothing. Took my card and charged me for whatever they wanted. Will not be doing business with them ever again. One and done.

  Zero stars. No show. Made a same day appointment and they called first to say they were running behind, then again at the end of my appointment window to say they had a flat tire and rescheduled me for the next day. Next day, no call no show. I called the **** number to be told the local operations manager would call me in 5 minutes but I never received a call. I then called the number that had called me from the previous day and he also said operational manager would call. No one ever called or showed up and now Im in a bind as I needed the furniture out by today.

  **** and **** were absolutely amazing two young guys! They were very nice, polite, and hard working. I called the office on Saturday, in the morning, and they came to my place within one our immediately. Such a great experience with a good professionalism, it only took them less than 30 minutes to fill up the truck with the junk. 10/10 would recommend for use and would recommend **** and ****!   It was a hoarder clean out & I understand that it can be disgusting. But thats their job. They left a lot of trash behind and one of the guys complained the majority of time in front of the hoarder. Second day they were over an hour late & the same guy complained the whole time again left a good amount of trash in *************** as well as one of the rooms being cleared out. Paid over $1,000 for services and still had to clean it trash from the rooms I paid to have cleaned out. Will never use or recommend to anyone. Its a waste of money.

  I wouldnt even give 1 star but unfortunately cant submit review without one. . These people completely ripped off my son. What a joke. He had them take ONE queen size mattress, ONE queen size Boxspring and ONE dresser.. they charged him $308 dollars and they didnt even come at the time they initially said, they were about 2.5 hours late. How in the ***** did those items equal about $100 a piece?? It is beyond me.
