    had them for awhile, nothing to speak of for their service, however had to have my Credit Card replaced and forgot to update it, not 10 days after they tried to run my card did they cancel my service, i even updated shortly after it got the email, when i tried calling all i got was customer service from some other country.... do not subscribe to these people. they are not trustworthy

    Totally inadequate customer service representatives on addition to being rude. Would not recommend this company for ANYTHING related to financial or personal information monitoring.

    I recently had a credit card fraud which I found out as I was checking my credit card transactions. I handled the issue with my credit card company. Whats upsetting is that I was not alerted by identity force in any way. I called them to find out what happened. Needless to say its a lot of them trying to get in the bottom of it but not finding out why they didnt do their job. I finally had it and wanted to cancel my account. They said theyll cancel my account and refund me whatever remaining months I paid for. They said theyll refund me in my credit card on file. Problem is the credit card on file is the one that had the fraud. I requested to just have my refund sent to me by mail. Phone representative told me they cant help me that I have to email. When I emailed, I got a response saying I have to call. Its a lot of pointing to call and to email and Im in a loop and no one is able to help me get my refund it seems. This is very frustrating and very poor customer service and poor company service all in all.

    Tried multiple times to cancel my account and it keeps giving me an error message. I'm not sure how there was no error creating the account but an hour later, suddenly canceling the service is a problem. This company seems like a scam.

    This company is the biggest scam! I have been paying for their service for at least 2 years and the one time I receive an alert regarding a social security number they refuse to call me back. I called almost daily for approximately 3 weeks trying to get a restoration specialist to call me back. Finally someone called me back, she was unable to give me any information as to what is going on. She informed me she would do research and call me back in a day or two. I still haven't received a call back and it's been almost a month. I have tried to reach her several times since and still no call back. I received the alert on July 31, 2023 and am finally canceling my membership to the company on September 5, 2023, this is unacceptable to never receive a call back in this amount of time on such a time sensitive issue. This company is very quick to charge your card each month but when it comes down to helping their clients when they need it they are absolutely no help at all.

    I had multiple breaches show up and unfortunately they refused to return my call. As agreed upon in my account and informed by multiple reps a call back is required within 24 hours. It has been well over 5 business days. They are rude when they do answer and only take a message. I now have to file a dispute with my bank for all the fees I paid with them and will have to find an alternative solution. Avoid this company at all cost.

    Have been a member for the past 2 years but I have been trying to add my financial information to the system but not able to. I called and they said they would call me back still no one has contacted me yet. I did receive an email but still have the same issues.I have been with this company for 2 years and this is the first time I try to input my personal information but unable too. First under actions i am unable to input anything where it says add accounts all it says The requested web page was not found on this server. Please use the back button and try again.Cant get my credit report.Unable to add Alerts Unable to add Bank and Credit Card Activity Alerts,or Connect Account,Fraud Alert Reminders,Set Reminder and add Investment Account Alerts The Last representative I spoke told me that there was a glitch but that was 10 days ago and still not working . I have spoken to at least 3 representatives who don't seem to care.The reason I'm filing this is to warn others about the poor company practices.

    We purchased coverage for 40+ employees months ago. We recently tried to call back for over 1 week/multiple times per day to see if we could PURCHASE an additional 6 months of service to our plan for all employees and to add new people on. They will not call back. You call over and over, day after day to get an offshore answering service that cannot help you and nobody returns the many calls or messages. No response from sales person or their manager either. Call center says there is nothing they can do. It seems they don't want people's business. And how do they manage the services that they sell?

    They just cancelled my account with no reason. I log in and it just says I have no plan. I can't see what my payment info was, or if it had expired. If that was the case, I got no warning from them about it. How can you put your trust into a company that does this?I keep credit card info with a dozen companies or more, and they all send notices that a card will expire so you can address it. These people just slam the door on your face.I would have resubbed for another year if they had simply talked to me.

IdentityForce records indicate that on 3/07/2023, IdentityForce sent an annual billing reminder email referencing the amount due, the due date and the Credit Card on file.  After 3 payment attempts were rejected, emails were sent on 4/21/2023 and 4/22/2023 advising your account was canceled due to an issue with your Credit Card on file. The email advised the option to contact IdentityForce at #************ for account reinstatement and payment update. We are sorry to hear about your issue and we would like to help.     The email they mention in March simply says "The card ending in #### will be charged ***.XX". It doesn't say anything about it expiring soon. It doesn't even say what kind of card it is. Nothing at all.And they admit that they tried to run the card multiple times, it failed multiple times, they cancelled the account, *then* they finally contacted me about it. It's exactly as I described. They didn't tell me there was a problem, they just closed the account. Telling the customer about an expired card is the standard operating procedure for every single online merchant I have dealt with in twenty years. But not identity force.And like I said, I would have kept paying them a yearly fee if they had simply reached out before canceling the account. But they didn't. They also didn't respond to the email I sent to their support account asking why the account was closed. They only responded here, in public, to protect their image. They don't care about keeping a customer, they care about damage control in public.

    After finding out that Identity Force does not scan the web to determine if a person fraudulently opened a bank account, I promptly called-had to wait over an hour for a return call when the call center said within 30 minutes - and canceled the membership. This was on 7/26/2022. I just received the credit card statement on 8/30/2022 and saw that Identity Force still did not issue a refund. I called three different times on 9/4/2022 and was assured that a return call would be received within ***** minutes but they did not call. One time my phone rang twice and disconnected. I had to file a dispute with ************ What a horrible thing for an identity protection company to 1) not be able to reach a resolution specialist immediately and 2) not refund the membership promptly. I'd stay away from this company.
