    Scammers masquerading as an identity theft protection. Anytime they update their systems the customer has to go back and enter customer info. After this last update (7/2/24) they are trying to charge me and my wife a 2nd annual fee each after we had both already paid in full 6months ago. **************** does not speak English well so any conversation can be very frustrating and confusing. At this point i am not sure if the accounting issue is resolved but I will dispute any 2nd charge they try and push through.In would highly recommend looking into other identity theft protection companies before you sign with IdentityForce.

    If I could give 0 as a review, I would. 5 phone calls: 3 hang **** 1 rep stated I would get a call back, 1 rep (and last one) took my email addy, name, address & dob. He, *******, stated I would get an email within 5 minutes confirming my cancellation. As of now, 11 hours later, no email confirmation cancelling my account. I cannot believe these reviews are true. Worst company Ive ever done business with.

    Ive had the top plan since 2017 (doesnt seem that long). Ive had small issues previously, but were eventually resolved, but not in a timely manner. I sent an email last week about not being able to add another credit card. I still havent received an answer, and theres no record of a pending request. Today, my account isnt showing ANY transactions, not on bank accounts, credit cards, NOTHING. *** sent an email, and this time, I took a screenshot of the email. I expect Ill not get an answer. Terrible Custome NO Service!

    SHADY AND HORRIBLE! My husband and I purchased ************ services (2 separate accounts) through an offering with BJ's *************** We received monthly statements, etc so assumed everything was ok. Early March I went to login to add a credit card. I was able to login, but was unable to access anything. A message kept coming up stating that I had no services. My husband was able to login to his account and see everything. Multiple phone calls over 2 days we were told "We dropped our agreement with BJs in October, so you dont have services any more." The two reps we spoke with had accents so not US. Told them we were billed (both me and my husband) for a year of services and my husband has access. We were told we would both get a refund going back to Oct. Still no refund as of 30-Apr. Again, I could still login, but "no service message" was given for all options. I called and left a message as there was "no one to help me with this issue" at the time! Rep called following day and agreed it was odd. The rep we spoke with (no accent- *****) seemed better than the two reps we spoke with before. She got back to me several days later and said, informed us the service was cancelled and that they would issue a refund. And they were doing the same for my husband's account (which is still working)!We asked why we never got any notification about service being cancelled or even offered service at a regular price (as our signup was discounted) and told we were supposed to have gotten an email, but somehow were missed and they dont know why, but we were cancelled. Oh, and we will need to signup again and supply/record all our credit information with them again!So here we are knowing this company has a lot of our financial information because we trusted them with it, but it now seems shady and we are concerned. The first two reps had accents and could have been anywhere in the world, so we are very uneasy about our information and our credit safety.

    Not a ************ rate a - 100%. In my opinion, I would not use this company. I have this through work. And I have not been able to sign on. The only statement to me is that I'm not in their system. I can say that this company has over $500, and I can not get them to give it back

    This company is ridiculous. You are unable to speak with someone about a problem directly. I have a situation that needs to be resolved quickly and it has taken sometimes up to two days to hear back. I also added my wife and she is unable to use the service. I wiil be switching companies to one that I can have a conversation with.

    Horrible customer service. Appears nobody is trained to resolve issues. Heck, they don't even know what their position titles are. There is no dedicated departments as customer service, technical support, and the so called "Dedicated resolutions Specialist" are one and the same. All ends of service lead to foreign based individuals with very little knowledge about the company, its platform, or how to resolve and escalate issues. I don't understand the relationship with TransUnion and I do not trust this company to monitor my credit.

    I obtained the service October 2023. November 2023 both my debit cards from two different institutions were breached within days of each other. I received no notification from them. When I called, I was advised it would be escalated. I was not provided a reference number and no return call. When the 2nd breach occurred they advised they were still researching. I canceled my membership and requested a refund. I doubt I hear back or receive the credit.

    phishing as a way to enlist new customers?all I can say, is that they tried to enlist one of my employees by sending an email "Subject: Your Monthly Identity Report" (when they were NOT an existing customer)luckily my user was smart enough to not click on the dashboard link (then probably pay, to then have other people's issue of poor contact for unknow service) or call them; i.e. not then get sucked in as a new customer
