      I am reading other recent stories and I have a similar one. My mother has been trying to get all her credit reports and freezes in place for a while now. The other 2 agencies were fine - she was able to get the information she needed and freeze her credit with no hassle. There was also no false information on her accounts. But ********************** had incorrect information that could not be fixed on her report. She called and attempted to get it fixed (I was a witness!), and we thought it was fixed, but when she tried to log into the account, she got an "Account Security" flag that wouldn't allow her to log into her own account! I'm hoping that is only because they are in the process of fixing what she asked for, but after seeing the other complaints here, I have new doubts. TransUnion does not instill any confidence that personal information is secured. The website doesn't allow you to do all the things they say you can do; if you call for help, you are on the line for over an hour before anyone answers; the person who answers is overseas and often has a heavy, hard to understand accent; and you don't know if any of your changes have been properly made. Very frustrating. I echo what someone mentioned already - I hope they are shut-down for not doing their job.

      I just spent 45mins with an IVR that was ineffictive, a 1st level person who couldn't help on my suspended account, but said she could lift the freeze on my account, but couldn't verify because their system said my cell phone is flagged to get text messages, which of course a Galaxy Fold 6 can! She then couldn't generate the 3 question alternative verification, so she passed me to the person who would fixe the account issue. That person ran me through multiple attempts to reset a password as she removed the block on the account... that fiasco ended with no reset and she also couldn't do the alternate validation. Then she wanted me to go through resetting cache and such, and by then I was done with the ** which is their website. After I hung up, I managed to get the system to respond and change my password... went to log in and it threw another account suspended message. What a JOKE! So their inability to manage there IT infrastructure and application stack is preventing me from getting credit check done for loans. They should not be trusted with credit information as they are incompentent.

      I have no clue how TransUnion is recognized as a legitimate credit reporting agency. Of the the big three, TransUnion is the only one that has had fraudulent and inaccurate information posted monthly. Ive been filing disputes for months only to see denials and no resolutions to the disputes I know for a fact is inaccurate. ******* and Experian zero issues

      As many have said for years, transunion is junk, garbage. I haven't been able to login for almost a year. I tried again today with an overseas call center *** and not only was she hard to understand she couldn't help. I'm still unable to login. Perhaps they will be shut down soon and end the misguided misery. I don't trust them at all.

      Totally rubbish and should be shut down by the **** and denied access to anyone's financial info. They use the cheapest and most unprofessional of overseas labor with kids screaming in the background. Access to your credit history is usually broken and any kind of customer service takes days to get any kind of result.

      I would give them 0 stars if I could. Jumped through all the hoops to freeze my credit 6 months ago. Tried to unfreeze today just to find out it was never frozen in the first place.

      None of the options to file a dispute on their website actually function. The Dispute online function gives an unavailable message. The phone number for the disputes center they list is disconnected, The link for the physical mailing address for the ************************* sends you back to the login screen in an endless loop. I was finally able to file a dispute via the customer service chat window. The agent filed the dispute without my permission, without an explanation of why I am disputing the account, and without the option to provide supporting documentation. I fully expect to have my dispute denied as it was sent without explanation or evidence. I know have to restart the entire process wasting months of time meanwhile my credit score is negatively affected by credit accounts I am not responsible for. You would think you could expect better from one of the 3 primary credit reporting bureaus. They should not be touted as a trusted reporting agency if they give such little regard to accurate reporting.

      The first time I had contacted ** to ***air my credit score, I was unknowingly transferred to a third party by a ** ***resentative. I paid them $300 to ***air my credit. All of a sudden I got letters in the mail saying ** would not accept the dispute as it did not come directly from me. I am currently trying to get a refund from "Credit Clerk".I called ** to dispute through them today and it was like pulling teeth trying to figure out why they would not accept the dispute from a third party knowing that they have the information I am trying to dispute. I ended up disputing through **, and was told I would be able to upload supporting documents through the ** website (which was not user friendly at all to sign up with) and am currently being told by a *** over live chat that I have to wait a week to send said documents to their email or to send it to their mailing **********'s no wonder nobody wants to deal with the *************. This is ridiculous.

      Scams. Take your money and keep charging after you canceled and deleted profiles then never can get anyone on the phone with over 30+ wait times till you get too frustrated and hang up
