    We are a customer of REMOVED. They have a sales employee, REMOVED, that will not stop calling random people in our organization and harrasing them about getting us to use their product more (which would mean adding more licenses). I have asked him multiple times via email and phone to stop contacting us. I have even gone as far as contact their support via chat on their website. The employee will not listen to us and calls random people in our organization (helicopter pilots that have nothing to do with it operations) with sales pitches. I've had to block emails from him but he still cold calls employees in our organization. I had to jump in on a call with him today and was so annoyed that I told him in very explicit language to stop contacting us but I know it won't stop. There is no way that I have found on Quickbase's website to report an issue like this so that is why I've resorted to reporting it via the BBB.
