    REMOVEDrepeatedly told me that my prescription would be completed today, then soon, then theyre working on it. It has now been over a week with no prescription provided and no clear answers.Customer support gave us the runaround, never offering a complete or direct explanationjust vague assurances with no follow-through. The only thing provided was basic blood-work results, which can be obtained at a free clinic, offering no real value for what was paid.Most frustratingly, they failed to disclose upfront that they cannot fill prescriptions in my state due to lack of authorization. This information was never clearly communicated until after significant time had passed, effectively stringing us along with false REMOVEDthe end, there was no movement on the prescription, no meaningful service delivered, and no transparency. This experience felt misleading and was a complete waste of time and money.
