      Everything about the interaction with National Floors Direct was superb??!!! From the initial meeting with the representative to him adjusting my cost so it was comfortable for me and me receiving the exact color carpet I wanted at no extra cost.Those who came to install the carpet was so professional. They completed the job in less than an hour. That included removing my old carpet, cleaning up the floor, removing my furniture out of the room, installing the carpet, and putting my furniture back.I also received a $25 Amazon gift card.

      I am very happy with my new carpet! I've had gross old carpet in a small bedroom in my house since moving in. I finally got around to replacing and now that I have I wish I had done it sooner. It was reasonably priced and I really like the color and plushness. I am very happy with the install, the edges are all flush and smooth. It was also very quick but they took the time to lay down baking soda on the floor then sweep everything up before putting the new pad and carpet down. Great experience all around!

      Everything went reasonably well. We are very happy with our new basement LVP flooring. The sales rep *** was great and professional. The contractors that came did an excellent job. It's important to note that the quarter round that is provided only comes it white, but *********** contractor allowed me to paint them before installation which is very appreciated and saved us time later. Thank you! (PO# VA11822).

      NJ35757 I had a wonderful experience with national floors, direct from A-Z. I absolutely love my floors they installed on my upstairs and downstairs within a day and a half professional, prompt, polite, clean beautiful floors outstanding pricing I would highly recommend this company. This is the second time Ive use them. First time I used carpeting on my stairs and this time Ive done my floors with luxury vinyl.

      Our sales person was wonderful and knowledgeable about the floor we were looking for. We got Laminated floor for three bedrooms. The price was way better then other companies that we consultated. It took only half the day, two mans job. Floor looks buautiful. So far no complain.

      I cannot say enough about this wonderful experience. From the sales person's initial visit to the installation team, everyone was very helpful and accommodating. ****** (the sales guy) is clearly passionate about the product and is very knowledgeable about the whole process. He was very thorough. He only showed us samples and colors that were kept in stock for quick installs, even calling the warehouses to make sure the product we wanted was in stock for installation the same week. He made sure we had his number and told us to call if anything came up, and when there was confusion about installation, he was quick to call and correct the issue. The installers were very courteous and amendable to my game time requests. They moved transitions to keep doors functional and left steps uncarpeted when I realized they were hardwood the could easily be required. They even vacuumed before they left. It was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish.

      We just purchased a new home and I thought I would like carpet in the living room. Ha who was I fooling. My husband reached out to National floor on Friday and we had an appointment for Sunday. The representative was promp and not pushy trying to make a sale.I told him what I was wanting and he went to work on measurements and then brought in samples.We talked about pricing and payment options. We went with the interest free financing.He set up for the floor to be installed Tuesday.Tuesday came and our floor tech had a bit of a hiccup getting to us but he communicated this. He still got there in the time frame we were told and got to work. He did a great job. I LOVE MY FLOOR ALL AND ALL I WOULD RECOMMEND NATIONAL FLOORS DIRECT. They are on poimt with their job and they make you feel good with what ever direction you want to go.Sorry, I dont have a photo with out my sofas and cats.

      We had a great experience with National Floors Direct from the very beginning. We have been in our house for 13 years and finally had the opportunity to change the flooring. Only looking for a quote, ******** ****** came to our home and diligently went from room to room explaining everything in detail. We discussed our vision and he helped us pick out the perfect solutions. After giving us an incredible price we decided to move forward and booked 4 weeks out for a 2 day job (we needed to move 13yrs worth of STUFF from our 2 floors). The business day before we received a call to go over necessary preparations again. I also asked for it to be notated that I wanted specific rooms to be done first (ie the upstairs bathroom so we could mount a toilet back on for use). The workers arrived on time, showed me the plank, asked me the orientation, and where to start. The three men immediately got started finishing 2.5 baths, three bedrooms, 2 walk in closets, 3 regular closets, 1 hallway, a playroom, and a living room all on day one. Day 2 they arrived and completed the dining room, kitchen, bathroom, pantry, laundry closet, and linen closet. I was amazed. The speedy installation did not reflect the quality of work that was done. These men were absolute artists. They were also clean, respectful, and just overall pleasant. I would recomend National Floors direct over and over again.

      *** ***** here, and National Floors Direct was wonderful! The gentleman that came to do the original estimate was Great! He was efficient and thorough and helped us plan an install date best for us. We heard from the company several times leading up to the install, just verifying expectations. The install date came and as promised we received an early morning email nailing down the precise arrival time of the crew, who did arrive right on time. They got right to work on our two floors, never slowing down, asking our opinion a time or two, and they were in and out of here within three hours. They removed the old rugs, had us review their work for our satisfaction before leaving, with no trace that they had been here, except for our two beautiful, new floors.
