      Fantastic job. Ripped up old disgusting carpet and piled outside with no mess. Moved furniture and then started flooring. One man did a wonderful job!! Would use them again. So happy to have new floors.

      I love my new floor. They did an amazing job. The salesperson was wonderful to work with and the installers were friendly, quick and professional.       National Floors Direct helped us make our family room a completely new space. The price was low.The customer service team facilitated rescheduling when our renovation fell behind. The crew did fantastic work.They even left matching quarter round and nails so we could install when the (unfinished) baseboard was ready. I have every intention of booking them again for future flooring projects.

      Great customer service. Great employees. I would recommend them to anyone. They came in and installed my new flooring and threw out the old carpeting and a great inefficient manner

      They came to my house 4 different times times omg they really messed up my floors and they came back the 4 th time finally made it right. They marked up my walls and dirty hand prints all over I will never call them again. They use a third-party to do your floors. You never know whos coming.

      Contractor broke our tile while installing carpet. Showed it to the contractor, he pretended he could not speak English. Call National Floors direct. They will not fix, do our contract we signed, claimed someone informed us of this. They did not! Do not use! Run fast! They do not stand by their work or products! We do NOT recommend!

      I recently hired National Floors Direct to replace the floor in and old 1955 bathroom, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The team was efficient, prompt and efficient. They arrived on time, worked quickly and left everything spotless. The installation was fast, and quality of the product and workmanship was top-notch. I especially appreciated how courteous and respectful the crew was throughout the process.

      Salesperson was punctual and professional When the initial estimate exceeded my budget, the sales person was able to provide a mutually agreeable adjustment to the cost Installers were punctual and reviewed the project prior to beginning Installers work diligently and without break to complete the install Installers did a good job of cleanup and conducted a final review of the project to ensure my satisfaction I received a gift card for my time and posting this honest review

      GREAT EXPERIENCE and would hire them again in the future for my other rooms without hesitation!!!!!!!This was the smoothest experience I've ever had. First I scheduled an appt with the sales *** to see the variance sample wood flooring options I had. Next, he scheduled, at our convenience, a date for the install. Lastly, the installers came (2) and within two hours I had the floor of my dreams installed. They cleaned up the area so it was spotless, as well as outdoors where they were cutting to measurement. I would highly recommend National Floors Direct.I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.

      *** was a great company to work with to have carpet installed. The sales *** was knowledgeable and offered plenty of options to fit our needs. Scheduling install was quick and easy. The install team was punctual and quick in the install. Not only that, they did a wonderful job of install and we are thrilled with the carpet.
