      *** ***** here, and National Floors Direct was wonderful! The gentleman that came to do the original estimate was Great! He was efficient and thorough and helped us plan an install date best for us. We heard from the company several times leading up to the install, just verifying expectations. The install date came and as promised we received an early morning email nailing down the precise arrival time of the crew, who did arrive right on time. They got right to work on our two floors, never slowing down, asking our opinion a time or two, and they were in and out of here within three hours. They removed the old rugs, had us review their work for our satisfaction before leaving, with no trace that they had been here, except for our two beautiful, new floors.

      The crew showed up on time and started working right away. The were polite and professional. They paid attention to detail and did an excellent job installing the floor. They even asked me how I wanted the transition piece to go in the doorway. I would definitely use them again. They even gave me a gift card for posting an honest and positive review.

      **************** from the start was terrific, very helpful and patient. The salesman who came to the house was very patient with all our questions and helpful. He also brought in a ton of different floor samples. The two crews that came to the house were very knowledgeable and respectful. They did a great job with the floors. Were very happy with how they came out.

      Order RI13035: The national floors direct experience was very efficient and smooth. The initial sales *** listened to my needs, style, color, quality, and price. He worked with me to show me the best options and went above and beyond to match my need. The installation went exactly as scheduled, the exact day, the exact style, and installed the exact right way- full removal and ***lacement, no shortcuts. It was completed perfectly with full quality.

      I gave them a $1,600 deposit, and all of a sudden they tell me I paid only $400. ZERO stars but I am forced to select.

      The carpet is beautiful and the crew did a great job. Once they started, did not stop until the job was finished. Everything cleaned up.

      After experience with another floor service brand, I am so glad I chose National Floors Direct for my multiple bedroom carpet project. I am highly satisfied with the pricing and quality of materials. From scheduling and the convenience of in-home purchasing to delivery and installation, every contact was personable and professional. I will definitely have them back again in the near future for my other flooring projects.Thank you National Floors Direct!

      We had an excellent experience with National Floors Direct from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, and the salespeople were super-efficient and helpful. They offered a great selection of flooring choices, with both modern and traditional options. We appreciated how they took the time to explain the different materials and helped us choose what would work best for our home. The installers were knowledgeable, walked us through every step, worked seamlessly, cleaned up thoroughly, and were friendly throughout the process. Most importantly, the final result looks fantastic we are very pleased and highly recommend them!

      Although some reviews are rather mixed, I had a great experience with National Floors Direct. I feel like I got a good deal on the flooring-- especially with the installation considerations that had to be made with the various underflooring in my old house. The crew that installed my flooring was subcontracted by *** to do the installation. I found to be extremely quick and professional-- they floored my entire house in just one day (two stories).***** ******
