I placed a bet with draftkings on 4-9-23 on a parlay first game which was a baseball game SD ****** vs ATL Braves first inning under .5 which happened and the second part of the parlay was a Hockey game COL Avalanche vs *** Ducks over .5 in the first period which the first period ended 1 to 0 which u can see on ESPN. Draftkings has It as a lost. Which it is clearly a win. Tried to reach out to Draftkings 12 different times left my phone number no response. The Ticket number is DK638166782040352603 I would think with some many complaints with the BBB. That BBB would do something about Draftkings not doing proper business but who knows who Draftkings are paying off with the money they cheat ******** people out of. I placed 3 bets on DraftKings casino on the draft kings rocket for 50$, 50$ and 200$ I lost all of due to lost connection and they took away my bail button which disabled me from cashing out. They literally stole my money and when I reach out to support all they said was to update my iPhone . How is that going to help me when draft kings already stole my moneyBusiness Response

My account with ********************** was hacked and money withdrawn. Luckily it was sent to me but still to have your account logged into and someone else deal with my finances and possibly information is worrisome. So I contacted draft kings 6 times and did not here anything back until a month later and the reply had nothing to do with the hacking of my account. Dont use **********************! You wont have a way to contact anyone and doesnt seem like anyone cares about safety of accounts for their customers. Still dont know if my info was at risk. On March 21, 2023 I logged into my account at Draftkings.com and proceeded to make a deposit to the account for $10 using my bank debit card. The account had been dormant for the past 6 months, but never experienced any serious issues requiring support. I initially had entered the wrong security PIN, but successfully entered it upon the second attempt. I was still unable to make a deposit, and later received a notice stating a restriction had been placed upon the account. I proceeded to place ****** using the remaining balance without any issues. Later that evening two of the ****** Id placed resulted in a successful payout. When I attempted to withdraw the funds, I was notified an additional restriction had been placed on the account preventing any withdrawals. The only way to contact customer support, was by primitive means using email. I complied with all requests for verification by sending bank statements, and copies of my drivers license. Two banking statements were requested, one for my debit card, as well as a full statement for my checking account. For obvious security reasons, a summary statement was provided. No secondary statement was available for the debit card, since it is a checking card, but is directly referenced on the summary statement. Having conferred with at least six different representatives, who merely replied with identical scripted responses, this process took nearly 5 hours. The final representative I conferred with required a statement for the checking card, which I in turn stated I would contact the Better Business Bureau with my complaint. I further made a request to be contacted by management in order to close the account, which was ignored. There is NO excuse that anything beyond a confirmed ID should be sufficient verification. This appears to be an egregious pattern of abuse, with the intent to withhold funds from consumers. My complaint is to serve as a matter of record, with the added resolution of a refund.Business Response

I have been a customer of ********************** literally since their inception. I've won tens of thousands of dollars. I was such a good customer they gave me free Cub playoff tickets. But in the last month they've become some Russian bot. I'm not allowed to even access my account without jumping through hoops that seem aimed at identity theft. Indeed when I had enough a week ago I said close my account and send me my funds. The response no! Fortunately I've been bleeding the account and we are only talking hundreds, but still it's my money. I dont know why I have to email them a photo of me, my license, a verification of my address, just to close my account. That is written no where nor can they point me to where that is a condition. All issues happened within the last couple weeks:Draft Kings is currently running a promotion called "New Customers: No Sweat Bet Up to $5000!". In this promotion it states you receive a bonus bet up to $5000 if your first bet on site loses. I deposited $5000 into my Draft Kings account on March 31. I then placed a bet for $5000 on the Draft Kings app on April 2. I ended up losing this bet. After my bet had lost, I received a Bonus Bet of $5000 as stated in the promotion. The offer expires on 4/10/2023. I then tried to place this bonus bet for $5000. Draft Kings would not let me place my bet. Why could I play a $5000 bet the first time, and then be restricted after that? The maximum amount I was allowed to bet was $177.45, which is nowhere near $5000. I even tried to bet $500 a day later and I was limited as well. I have reached out to Draft Kings multiple times via email, chat, and I even put in a request for a phone call. I have not yet received a phone call because I was told the issue wasn't important enough. There is no live chat, so that was unhelpful since it directed me to email. The emails I have received have provided no help to resolve my issue. With the expiration date coming up, I will end up losing the ability to bet the $5000 in the bonus bet. A have attached all of my communication with Draft Kings. I have spoken to many different associates, so there has been no consistent communication. I have attached all communication with Draft Kings along with the promotion information. If the company was going to limit my betting, they should not have let me make the initial $5000 bet. On April 6, 2023, I made a bet on DraftKings in the amount of $47. The game was temporarily suspended at the time of the transaction which was around 10:25 pm EST. The bets that I make are only LIVE bets meaning I will get the money right away right after each point is made if I win. I waited until April 7, 2023 which was the following day to reach out to support because I have already waited 9 hours for a live game to resume so at this point I would like my money back because its holding me up. Ive never waited that long for any bet on DraftKings for that amount of time. I reached out to the support team at or around 7:45 AM EST. When I contacted them, I explained what was going on and I demanded my money be returned to me because I had no control over the delay of the game. They advised that I could use the cash out option on the bet made. I quickly responded with a screenshot of the bet showing they werent allowing me to cash out. I demanded my money once again with a threat to escalate this to my attorney. The responded moments later further explaining their policy with the cash out option and I responded I dont care about any policy and would like my money returned to me immediately or I was going to escalate the issue. A response was provided stating me to write in the email I authorize a one time courtesy of ATTEMPTING which is in the picture that I attached to this complaint. I responded by asking them to clarify the meaning attempting! I didnt get any response after that email so around 2pm EST I logged back into my account and seen the bet was gone which stated I lost it. Im not really sure that I did or not because they do make mistakes of saying a customer lost when they really won that bet. I sent another email to the team stating I asked them to return my money before the start of the game. This does not abide by their live betting policy. I need assistance with this. My complaint is about draftkings . this happened on March 25 for a supposed betting online. I did not authorize a $200 transaction on my card and I still have not got my refund back from them. Since this day I have been emailing them nonstop to give me an update and they tell me the same thing everyday that it is being reviewed. On March 6, I accidentally deposited ************************** my DraftKings account. I attempted to withdraw it from the DraftKings account and it would not let me. It asked me to upload a picture of my bank statement of the card that the deposit came from, along with my ID and social security card. I uploaded all of that. Then I received an email from them asking me to upload the bank statement of the first card that I added to the DraftKings account. I opened the DraftKings account in 2018, at that time, I didn't have a real bank account, I had a prepaid card with credit karma. That prepaid card has since been closed and thus can't get a statement from it. Which is irrelevant lt to the money that was deposited. The money was debited from the card to which I provides them the statement to. They are refusing to refund or send back the money to the card the funds was taking fromBusiness Response
