I placed a few bets on the ***** VS ******** STATE game and won a total of $1695. After two weeks I was not paid and the bets remain open. I contacted draftkings trying to collect my money and they closed my account. They do not respond to my questions as to when I will get paid for the bets I won. They state they think I have a gambling problem; even after I explained to them several times I only spent $80 dollars out of pocket since December. I only bet money I won from Super Bowl bet. I recently had two surgeries and other medical procedures so I need the money I won to help pay doctors and other bills. I just want the money that is owed to me. draftkings accepted the bets, they approved the bets: their only responsibility is to pay the bets I won.Business Response

I was playing on the ** online casino app for ** and I continuously experienced technical issues while playing and would be kicked off the game after I would starting winning decent money. The error messages would state that my location was detected but the phone should the *** was working via Bluetooth as required for the app to allow game play. Then I would get a random error code that said player session invalid while I was in the middle of a bonus round game and when I logged back into the game it would state a incomplete game was detected and allow me to finish the game. After a few hours I was kicked off completely during a game and my account was restricted and I received an error message stated there were restrictions placed on my account due to suspicious activity and the possibility of being hacked but I had not attempted to withdraw any funds and I was playing the same game for hours and there was no change in location so there was no reason for an alarm to be raised for my account to be suspended. Once I contacted customer service which is only possible via email they required I provide a photo Id next to my face and bank statements. I provided the redacted bank statements to protect my transactions details and full bank account number but they are requiring these details which are not required or necessary for any other casino or gambling site. Providing this information puts my bank account at risk of being cleaned out and identity theft since they have the full details plus my ID. I want my money back that I deposited since I was unable to actually complete my play or complete the verification process to withdraw any winnings if I choose to do so in the future because it presents a significant financial risk by requiring me to provide unnecessary detailed information that can have long term negative impacts on my livelihood. My money is being held hostage since my account is restricted, they have no live person support & email communication only.Business Response

They advertise a bet in the *** that a fight will go past .5 rounds. Thats 2min and 30 seconds. But when your bet wins they now say it means the fight has to go the full round. I have been with Draftkings for about 1.5 years. Suddenly of course after having some winning streaks, my account is mysteriously restricted and accusing me of having more than one account. They asked for ID which I provided, but want statements for cards that I havent even transacted with due to them not being allowed to be used for gambling purposes. On Monday April 4th, 2023, I noticed 2 separate withdrawals from my checking account each for exactly $250 from DraftKings. I have recently been the victim of identity theft and not recognizing these charges I contacted my bank to dispute the charges, they informed me that they were directly withdrawn to my DraftKings account that I actually do have and that I would have to contact them to figure out what had happened. I contacted them and had the attached conversation with their support staff. It has been 9 days since our conversation and I have not heard back from them yet. It seems I am locked out of my account and the email address has been changed. I have attempted to follow up twice to see if there were any additional steps or info that i could provide to expedite the process but have not received anything other than an automated reply. I now cannot seem to get into contact with anyone at DraftKings. I would like to A) have my money refunded B) an explanation as to how my account was compromised C) Have my account closed and information removed from their siteBusiness Response

I made a bet by mistake and wanted the bet to be voided/refunded, I was told that in accordance to their policy that they would be able to do this, because I was told by one of their reps that they offer a one-time bet void/refund in sportsbook history. Today DraftKings had blatantly wrong information during the ******* game saying it was the end of the 1st inning when it wasn't and the guardians had bases loaded which caused me to lose a bet. so I deposited another $650. I sent them an email about the blatantly wrong information and they went and locked my account. they won't respond to any emails I've sent them about it and they dont have any other way of contacting them. my username is kcost1995, I really don't care about being able to bet through them but I dont think its ok for them to hold my funds hostage. I also have 2 bets for $360 that are still live. I just want my money back, I earned it and they shouldn't be able to just steal from people.Business Response

Pay the money for the bet that was legitimately won. Proof has been provided to the company that the bet was won. Not only took my money from the bet, but didnt pay me the earnings I fairly won .
