      05/04/2023 I placed a bet with the free bets I earned from becoming a member. I won **** off of that bet. After trying to make a withdrawal which was my first I got an email saying my account had been locked for suspicious activity. They asked for my bank statement and a picture of my license although I have sent both, they told me they cannot tell me when my account will be unlocked

      My account has been restricted since May8th for no reason after I tried to withdraw my winnings to my account. I responded to all the emails and sent in every document theyve asked for including bank statements. One of my accounts had no previous activity because it is new but I sent in everything. Also I showed proof that my address changed with a bill. So what is the hold up? Im starting to think this app is scamming to get people bank information. Ive been contacting customer support but still no help & I still cant log in my account.

      The issue is not resolved at all  As of 9/14/2023 I still cannot log in lt says Account Restricted still!!

      This is a complaint against draftkings. Last week I tried to place a bet for $2,000 to win $2,500 (an amount which I have done many times in the past). The wager was then arbitrarily reviewed and rejected. I complained to customer service multiple times and requested a call back. Draftkings then restricted my account and said it is under investigation for some reason. All I want to do now is withdraw my balance of approx. $1,380 , as I have no faith that they will make good on the additional $2,500 winner that I should have had.

      Draft kings staff restricted my account and ask me for 3 personal information like picture ID, bank statement and a picture of me holding the *** After I submitted all these that I dont want to cause bank statement is a very personal info that can be compromise by their staff they never allow me to play again after I submit all they ask me for it.       I created a DraftKings horse account through my ********************** Sportsbook app. It had a promo code HORSE to get a 100% deposit match up to $250 dollars. I created the account on May 2nd. Made a $150 deposit on May 5th made over $250 worth of ****** through May5th-8th, and when I reached out to a customer representative about my deposit match was told I was not opted into any promos. I signed up just as the advertisement instructed and enters my promo code to get this deposit match and now they do not want to honor their promotion. My username on the app is Bmartin2588 and would like for them honor their deposit match and make this situation right.

      This past Saturday March 6, I made a bet on a UFC fight taking place ****** vs ********, I am not a big gambler so all I do is play once in a while and choose a winner or looser, this time was no exeption. I bet the winner as ******** and he won the fight but the result for my bet was a lost. I am very upset because looking at all the bets I have done on the app, I've always choose a winner or looser I don't choose anything else because I don't know much about it but this time they said that I choose a point spread which I have no clue how that works so I just think that is just a trick that they are playing to now pay.       DraftKings permanently terminated my account AND KEPT MY MONEY based on a simple human error. Having not played in over a yearwhich DraftKings surely has record ofI forgot I had an account. So I created a new account (falsely thinking it was my first/only ******************************* promptly banned my account, including my original one and claimed I forfeited the money in my account. ********************** claimed that I violated their one account per person policy. I understand, respect and appreciate their need to keep the game fair and safe for everyone. But basic human logic will prove this is a simple misunderstanding and human error. If someone at the company would review my account, they would see that I:- have not even logged into the platform in 12 months or more - have not played a single contest in 12 months or more - have played maybe ************** total Translation, Ive barely ever used the platform. Heck I use it so little that I literally forgot I had an account. Clearly Im not trying to game the system. Im not trying to use two accounts when I dont even use one.All I ask is that someone review this with a human brain rather than just looking at the computer generated red flag.If Im never allowed to use the platform again, fine (this whole thing left a terrible taste in my mouth anyways). But pay me MY money that belongs to ME, not DraftKings. What DraftKings did is the equivalent to applying the death penalty to someone who accidentally drove 70 MPH in a 65 MPH zone.

      Hello,I joined draftkings via a VIP Promotion where I would receive credits that I had to ****** or they would expire.I deposited ****** CAD onto draftkings in multiple installments ending on Jan 28 and received $6000 in credits. The $6000 in credits expired prior to me gambling them and I would like to withdraw my initial deposit.I filed a withdrawal request and they asked for the purpose of which I indicated I no longer had time to ****** and will be purchasing a property soon, I was told my account was locked for "Player Protection purposes" due to my comments made (Not having time for this and buying a house)I would like to get my money back (it was showing in the account)

      DraftKings took my money from my bank account and restricted my account .Customer support is useless and uses generic templates to respond to your problem and thats even after offering to give them proof and what ever they needed. Dont do business with these thieves I use fan duel and by far they are better in terms of customer support .
