      I signed up to DraftKings and deposited money and even placed a bet (that won) and suddenly they restricted my account. Ive been back and forth with about 100 different representatives with no help. The only issue I believe is the card name is my mothers as I do not have my own

      Draftkings has restricted my account pending verification of my debit card that was used to make transaction on their site. They requested my bank statement to verify that the debit card used in fact belonged to me. I provided the bank statement that reflected my account number, name and address, the bank name, transaction date, amount and merchant name. Draftkings still refused my bank statement multiple times. When initially opening an account with ********************** my identity was verified. The bank card used and the account number on bank statement both belong to me. I have already contacted ********* and they do not supply debit card information on the bank statement for security reasons. As a long time banking customer I honestly have not seen a debit card listed on a bank statement. Only the type of transaction. I still have a balance in my Draftkings account. I am asking that the account restrictions be lifted so that I can return to accessing my account and funds as usual.

      I have made many deposits into my **. Draftkings account, but upon trying to make a withdraw, they deducted the requested $400 from my account, but have not sent me my money (bank transfer). Repeatedly they tell me someone else to try to get it from, but despite my screenshots of the transaction, they won't release my money.

      5/29/2023, Draft Kings Daily Fantasy Games a transaction, I did not make, was made for a *** Showdown contest for $50.00. I disputed the transactions on 5/30/2023 (sent via/attached) and they stated they see nothing wrong. My transaction history for over 4+ years shows a consistent history of only *** and *** transactions for no greater than $15 bets, the majority being $1. To place a bet is not a simple as pressing one button, this would be an understandable mistake. Someone has found a way to circumvent Draft King's system to place bets to win, more than likely the person who won the bet. Draft Kings is being uncooperative in trying to research and resolve this issue. I want a full refund of my $50.00 back to my account.

      I linked my ***** Fargo account with no problem. I added money to the Draft Kings account so I can play the online casino. I live in ** so it's legal. I actually won about $1000 and I received that with no problem. Then I cashed out. I played after that and then didn't for a little while. Well, I remembered that I had $100 which I desperately need. I lost my job and my car payment. All of the sudden they want me to verify myself. Okay, so I did. I've given them my bank statement, my license, and my credit card statement and a piece of mail. All they said now is that they need my new license so I sent that in as well. It's now been 6 MONTHS and I still haven't been able to get my money. I need my $100. Its mine I deposited it and I really need it back. I've emailed them and they just keep giving me the run around. There's no one to actual speak to as they don't call you back with the call back option. There's no number to just call. I've exhausted all ways and I'm still restricted. I don't want my account anymore all I want is my $100. Like.i said their emails are vague and unhelpful. Please just help me get my $100 back. I don't know what else to do as I exhausted all options. Thank you.

      I was using DraftKings with no issues Then *********** started getting rejected for whatever reason but DraftKings was still taking the money from my bank account there were 3 $100 charges that hit my account I sent ********************** the needed documents and they keep saying someone will call me and I have been ignored since may 29th only thing I get back is robotic type emails

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I have reached out close to 30 times either by email or by phone calls I got one call back 2 weeks ago asking for copies of my bank statement I gave that to them and I have heard nothing. They respond to emails with a generic robotic type of message. DraftKings should be shut down

      Im trying to get a refund they want me to wait a month and I want the money returned the same way it was put on there app they dont answer phone calls and there rude I cant stand this company

      Draft kings block my account with money on there and there refusing to give it back they wont answer my email or return my phone call its been 8 days now

      ********** was fine when i was gambling money on the site but as soon as I won and tried to cash out my account was mysteriously blocked . I have reached out for months for help and their is no organization for this company . **** ar basically talking to a robot who advise somebody will be with you shortly but months have came and left and still no resolutions. you cant even get an actually person and it just ask you the same thing over and over and over agin for yout=r id that is it

      I placed a $25 bet that the 3rd pitch would be a ball. I included pictures showing my bet being called a loss, but the game picture clearly shows #3 was a ball. The names of *********** match, as well as the inning. I clearly won this bet, and should get my $80 in winnings, instead of losing $25. I have contacted them numerous times, with no response.
