    I had $179.00 taken from account over 4 weeks ago not knowing that I was under the agreement that it was auto subscription .As soon I realised this I cancelled the auto subscription and closed the account which was well inside the 30 day cancellation policy still unable to receive a refund and now lost for answers

    I cancelled this subscription before my trial period was over then was billed. I again tried to cancel & they have attempted to bill me daily! I had to lock my card! I have chatted with them sent emails and still every day they try to bill me!

    This Company is a scam and their services are a scam. I am furious as I'm unable to contact a human being at their company and have sent several emails requesting cancellation of the subscription. They just respond about how great the services are and that I need them. Have filed a dispute with my credit card company and will leave this credit card company if they don't protect me here.

    This business took payments monthly knowing they had not set account up. Knowing that account was not operational. They increase my payment from REMOVEDto REMOVEDas of today.

    I CANCELED this subscription back in 2022 for fraudulent activity on my account. Yet, they have made 7 attempts to pull funds after I canceled by REMOVEDI did not request to utilize your Total AV software program. The program was completely removed from my computer and they have recently shown back up on my computer which is a violation of my privacy and UNAUTHORIZED. They have made 7 attempts to pull UNAUTHORIZED payment from my account. I initially CANCELED in 2022 for fraudulent activity on my account. Here we go again. Stay away from the company!!!!!

    They are unscrupulous! I paid REMOVEDfor a trial for 1 month. No where did it say that I would be charged a recurring fee monthly. The following month I was charged REMOVED. immediately I contacted them and closed my account. The following month I was charged again. Somehow my account remains open, and I continue to be charged through PayPal, which I'm also thinking about closing. It's beyond ridiculous!

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Cancelled account in 2022. Charged yearly fee. Wasn't refunded. Charged again in 2023 for a cancelled account. Still fighting to get this amount refunded. Given the runaround by REMOVEDmultiple times. I wish I could give negative stars.

    I purchased Total AV antivirus to protect my phone from malware. I was unable to install it on my phone because my previously installed protection programs said it was unsafe. I was emailed invoice no: INV45629339 for $99.00. I am not going to pay this as I got nothing for it! I will try to cancel!

    Unfortunately, all of the other sites and reviews on TotalAV are bots because there is no way that they would be rated more than a 1-star. This company and the products they sell are a scam, they continue to charge you after youve cancelled multiple times, and make it and impossible to speak with a representative, because quite frankly, they dont actually have any Im sure. Im going to have to mark their charges as fraudulent with my credit card company, thats how much of a headache this has become.
