  I purchased the discount Antivirus and VPN, regular $100 (approximately) for $39.00. The Customer # REMOVEDand Invoice # REMOVED. After paying and downloading, the download is for the free version. There's no way to talk to anyone when you call and at the help site, there's no way to even send a email or chat. I am wanting what I paid for or for my charge of $39.00 to be returned. I should have come to the BBB before having this frustration.

  I installed their anitvirus, instantly my computer was extremely slow, I gave it a couple of days thinking it might do all it needed to to work properly, however computer remained slow. I uninstalled it and the computer worked perfectly.Although they have a 30 day refund policy they have not refunded my initial fee. Also they automatically set you up for annual payments, of which I was able to stop. They are difficult to contact, and seemingly unwilling to give a refund. I have windows 8.1 but they were aware of that prior to my purchase. I will not do business with them again

  Can't see that it works. Banking information was hacked. Cancel service. Doesn't provide safety and security as advertised Just a rip off.

  This business has been charging me for months although I have argued with them numerous times to cancel my account. The customer service refuses to cancel my account and instead continually argues with me although I begged them to please remove this service. I have literally had to argue with them for one to one and a half hours while they keep telling me what a great company they are and how they will not cancel my service because I need it. So the last time I thought I finally had gotten through to them only to find out that they are still attempting to charge my account to the point I cannot even have any money in my cash app or they will take it but now my phone is pretty much bricked because it has pop-up adds on everything constantly I cannot even use text messaging without full page pop-up ads rendering my phone useless and I am unable to click out of them. I am talking 20+ full page ads per hour. This company is absolutely horrible and I screen shotted all the messages of me in tears begging this company to stop charging me and cancel their services and repeatedly pleading with them because I was in an appointment and did not want to and could not continue arguing with them when I was asking nicely over 25 times for them to stop the service and end the conversation over the matter.

  Ordered TotalAV after looking at good reviews. Wanted the basic package and was billed $185. Called to cancel. Kept getting charges on Mastercard. Called Total AV and they said they were denied by the bank. Even so we still receive 2 or more charges of $39 almost daily. They refunded the charges that went through and again the charges appear. So frustrated and want transactions to stop. We have cancelled and removed the program from our computer.

  For the past four days, paid my money, I've been trying to put Adblock on my Android phone. It won't let me do it. I uninstalled it on my PC because I didn't want it there in the first place. Doesn't matter what I do. Don't try online customer service, you'll get nowhere, links stuck on nowhere.

  You receive a complete runaround to cancel this service!!! EXTREMELY RIDICULOUS!!! It took me 2 days & 8 cust serv agents to FINALLY get them to cancel my acct!! They tried to do everything but cancel! This was so frustrating & such bad business! With 60 pages of complaints on BBB alone, this company should be shut down!! I wish I could leave 0 stars. 1 star is giving them WAY too much credit!??

  Have not used this virus protection in a year. Then on 7-24-2023 they charged my REMOVEDaccount $209.00, and again on 7-25-2023, both times it was declined by my card account. I have tried to contact them, but the REMOVEDthat they offer are to request my REMOVEDcard information. That will never happen again to me. I will never use this so-called virus protection again, or recommend it to my worst enemy!!

  Total AV has the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life (65 yrs). It is impossible to cancel a subscription. The REMOVEDconstantly gives authentication errors and disconnects you without warning. I finally reached a chat line and asked at least 5 times to cancell and provide proof of cancellation. They simply would not do it. Do not use this company.
