      First off I have been a Byrna customer since April 2021 when I purchased my HD Launcher. Since then I have three more of their products. I have had several minor issues and several technical questions. I have found their **************** to outstanding; whether on the phone or with emails. I have always had very quick response. At one point I had to return my TCR and they made the process very straightforward. It was repaired and returned in 10 days. Recently I had a minor issue with my SD XL. It was an intermittent problem so it took some back and forth to narrow it down. ******* answered every email very quickly, asked the questions on his end and got the issue resolved. In this world you don't even expect to get this kind of service anymore so it's a pleasant relief to know it's still out there with this company. I have recommended Byrna to my family and friends. There products are first rate and follow up service is excellent. I even convinced my wife to buy their stock! Keep up the excellent work!

      You find out about the culture of a company when something goes wrong. One of the *** projectiles burst in the launcher. I contacted Byrna on a Saturday fully expecting that I would not hear back until the next business day at the earliest. Within 20 minutes ********* from customer support responded. We exchanged several emails during which she explained how to clean the launcher and clip. When ********* wasnt 100% sure of the correct answer for an unrelated question she promised to check with a tech and get back to me after the weekend if that was ok with me. She did exactly that and Byrna is replacing my entire container of *** projectiles and sending the wipes they carry to neutralize the chemicals, free of charge. I am very pleased with all of the products I purchased from them and extremely pleased with their after-sale support. I cant ask for more than that.

      I had several questions for this company about there products as well as some technical questions. My contact was through the chat feature on their website. OMG!!! The response was very quick. The person on the other end of the conversation was patient and obviously new the products very well. It really was a great encounter and I applaud their service, so much so, that I purchased the 3 items that evening. This how customer service should be done.

      Good company! They did lose an order after charging my card due to a new software implementation. It was worrisome, but they kept communicating and after we cancelled the original order and I made a new one, all went well. And they were kind to provide a discount to the reorder. I respect how they handled it. Software upgrades happen. I will order again.

      You want some feedback. Here we go here we go now. I am a retired United ************** Combat effective. That being said the people at Byrna make a quality product. Make no mistake. For those who can't own a firearm they are basically giving you back your second amendment right. For all the haters, it's better to be silent and thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt. Be prepared to defend. BYRNA NATION!

      Had a minor problem. They were so receptive and examined my Byrna. Guess what? No issues - it was me and putting in a wrong size. They were so professional. Emails, calls - convinced me they are truly a company that acres for their customers in a very professional manner. Great product, great prices and super dooper customer service.

      This product speaks for itself I can't stress how effective the byrna product is what I can tell you is I don't go anywhere without it and it's extremely safe for you and those around you even the bad guy so I highly recommend byrna to anyone who wants to defend themselves and not hurt anyone in the process.*********************

      Ive bought 3 byrnas now, two pistols and an M4. I broke the stock due to my own fault and requested help from my authorized dealer. They directed me to the warranty page and email support. Response time was under probably 4 hours from ***** who informed me that they would help. ****** was swift and efficient in getting me what I needed. I said that I love the products and want to support the company. I offered to pay since *** bought this product over a year ago but he refused and said that there is no need to pay. He put the part in the mail with tracking within probably 24 hours of my initial email. Absolutely phenomenal customer support, great instore dealers (*******) who directed me and helped me find the necessary serial numbers. 10/10 recommend.
