      I earned 208 points on my 1/26/24 order, yet it’s showing I have 0 points in the app. I called customer service and the answer they gave me is unfathomable. A supervisor told me that someone will be reaching out to me but I still haven't heard from anyone. All of this over 208 points? I can simply take my business elsewhere if this is the type of treatment I'm going to receive.

      The KFC located at 14405 Montevista Road, Groveland, FL 34737 is the WORST run location
      They never answer the phones and NEVER have Pot Pies available.
      Also they run out of chicken after the dinner hour and will not make anymore. They seem to be al young and don't care

      I worked at a KFC LONG TIME AGO and this was NEVER tolerated.

      The KFC IN CLERMONT located at 590 E. South Highway 50, Clermont, FL 34711, has an awesome manager and she has told me that they get several complaints about the above location. They always have food available .

      The date was 12/18/23.i order some food from a branch out here in orange county actually the one in ranchoSanta Margarita .moving forward when I got the food it was made horrible I contacted corporate right away ,and nothing was done I was lied to multiple times .I even tried calling the number on my cell phone and then deverted the number to something else to a Canada location. They lied and were rude and discriminating as well.they have a lot of bad reviews and they won't clean up there act it's very concerning. Even there customer service rep lied on multiple occasions. They tell you that a team will call you instead of rectifying the situation right there .all there conversation are recorded but no one holds them accountable about what they say .they don't care about customers at all.i requested a manager and was getting push back because I wanted to speak to a manager I've spent so much money with them it's ridiculous, it was ghetto and unprofessional how was treated and very discriminating.

      I was at ur north Tryon location n Charlotte Nc and they left my apple pies out I did not realize it until I got home and every time I call the store it gets disconnected!

      I went through the drive-thru at KFC on November 22nd 2023.. my order total was 5283 and when I got my bank statement I realized I was charged double so I then went to the KFC store and the manager told me that it wasn't his issue it was a bank issue.. then I went to the bank to which they told me it was a KFC issue it was a glitch in their system so 3 days after I went into the store and was refused my money back I spoke with the general manager who told me that he would push it up the ladder and I should get a refund in three to five business days.. today is December 6th and I still have not been refunded the 52..83 and I was also told by an employee that this was at the first time that this has happened

      I placed an online order ********* The order delivered was not what I ordered. I received wraps and chicken strips. Instead of the chicken dinner that was ordered. I called the toll free number and asked for a kfc employee for assistance and they refused to get me one. I sent multiple social media messages and not one response. Told to call the store they can’t do anything since it was an online order. I want my money back and a gift card for the horrible service and time wasted on this.

      October 29th between 12:30-1:00 pm est. I went to KFC on **** ********* *** *****. I orederd 2 legs and a small mashed potato. My total was $8.03. Drove to the window and asked the guy if he break $100 his reply was yes. I gave him $100.03. I leave and less than a block away I blindly reach into the bag and pulled out a weird looking leg. I turned around got back in line. The workers apologized and sent a new bag out to me. I drive off again but didn't check it until I got back to work 10 miles away. The order this time was 2 wings,1 leg and no mashed potatoes. This time I called corporate to see off anything could be done. They sent me a $10 voucher which is perfectly fine.
      The problem doesn't stop there. I was shorted money. I gave the guy $100.03 as my total was $8.03. The change he gave me $60 back. I was in a hurry to get back to work. When I was home later in the evening I then realized I was shorted. I went to the manager, I was treated like I was lying and was told nothing she could do. I then call corporate back and they would pass it on to a "different team" as they could only do vouchers. I have called a total of 4 times, told the same thing and that "the different team would contact me within 72 hours. I have had zero responses from them. Corporate supervisor ****** said that since I used the voucher that I couldn't get my money back. The voucher was for getting the wrong order twice as told to me by the first corporate employee.

      I placed an order on the kfcshop.com website for a pair of sun glasses. Order number #**** for $37.95 (including shipping costs) was placed on Thursday October 5th, 2023. After a month of waiting, I checked the tracking (****************) to find my order was no longer being tracked. I contacted the shipping company DHL. I was told by DHL's customer service team, that my item was never received by DHL, and that it was never shipped out, only the label was created. I contacted KFC customer service via email on November 14th 2023. My support ticket number is 3451. It has been over a week with no response, I would like this resolved ASAP as I am tired of waiting.

      I went to a KFC franchise store **** ** ******** ******* ** ********** ***** and purchase a 12 piece chicken tender family meal with sides which ended up costing me about $40 total. When we received our order, the chicken was stale and very dried and hard. My wife couldn’t even eat because she took a bite and cut her gums up with the chicken from it being so hard. We called the store and asked to speak to a manager about the situation and this employee named **** ******* stated that he was the manager and proceeded to argue with me about how he “knew they weren’t dried or stale because he had made them earlier that day.” We explained that it was exactly why they were stale and old because they have been sitting there for more than 2 hrs. Instead of trying to de-escalate the situation he proceeded to keep arguing with us about the situation and refused to put someone else to speak to us about the issue. Nor did he try to mend the situation or help us in any way. Totally disappointed and upset with the NON EXISTENT customer service of that store employees! I would like my money back and make sure they serve FRESH FOOD! Nobody wants to pay for old stale cold and dry food!

      I ordered a bucket of chicken online 07/26/23 at the Saratoga location in Corpus Chrisit Texas. My wife picked it up. When she arrived back at our home and we opened the chicken less than 20 minutes of picking it up we found much of the breading had fallen off the chicken and was at the bottom of the container. When we picked other pieces out of the container for our meal the few that still had breading on them, the breading was falling off of these pieces as well. Unsure if the food was undercooked or what the problem was we did not eat it. I attempted twice in the week following the purchase to call the customer service line for KFC. My calls took place on different days and each time I was listening to music on hold for over 5 minutes before just giving up. I attempted to contact KFC through email. I got a canned response message saying we will look into your concern and get back with you. That was well over 2 weeks ago and no response was ever made to reach me. I am asking for a refund check in the full amount of 10.83 paid for food that went into the trash because it was not fit to eat.
