      I ordered on the KFC app on my way home so I could pick up dinner for my wife and I. I got there 5 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready. It wasn't ready and they told me they were finishing it up and for me to pull around to the front door and they would bring it out. I noticed that there were already 2 cars ahead of me waiting. Well after 30 minutes I went inside to see when my order would be ready. I was then told it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. I asked for a refund and they informed me that they can't refund orders placed through their app and I would have to call about getting a refund. Well to make a long story short after spending another 45 minutes on the phone with KFC they informed me that since they couldn't cancel the order that they couldn't issue me a refund. So now I'm out $18.63 although I did call my bank and dispute the charge so hopefully I will get my money back.

      I have been trying to reach the KFC "24" hour customer service center since 7 pm last night. Requesting a refund for our online orders that we never received. We were told to call their 800 number but no answer. Last night on hold. This morning, it says customer service is currently closed.. Call back during normal business hours? Like really? If their website specifically says it's a 24-hour hotline, why are they asking me to call back during normal business hours to speak to a representative? Just trying to get a refund on our orders that we never received!

      October 16, 2024 — I paid for a full meal. Staff delivered part, then refused the rest. One manager shouted she didn’t “have to slave for me to eat,” threatened to slap me, and slammed the window. Another said: “Go to the parking lot or go to jail.”
      Police arrived.

      I usually dont worry too much about having one bad experience at a restaurant, but this restaurant needs to be looked into if possible. Look at the reviews on ****** and I wish I had looked prior to ordering. The employees were rude, the food was soggy and dry, and the food was nasty. I actually feel sick after eating at this ***. Please consider looking at the health and safety of this restaurant.

      Terrible experience. I drove 20 minutes there and back to KFC after they forgot two Famous Bowls I paid for. I had to use my own gas and drag my kids out in the rain just to fix their mistake. When I got there, I asked for a full refund—reasonable, right? Instead, they told me to contact corporate. After being on hold forever, I told them to just remake the entire order since my food was cold by then anyway. They did remake it, but the manager had a smart mouth and zero professionalism. The store was dirty, the service was rude, and it’s clear they don’t respect paying customers at all.

      Ordered chicken online. Called and cancelled because delivery price was much higher. They had me cancel online. Next thing i know delivery person called. They said there was no order. It was cancelled.
      My credit card was charged for the chicken and delivery called KFC customer service and they refused to refund. I have a transcript of the conversation with the driver statung the order was cancelled and sent it to them but no response.

      Went to KFC on Electric rd in Roanoke Virginia with a buy one get one free chicken sandwich coupon that was sent to my phone first they said you can only use that online and then they told me it wasn’t valid i responded it’s corporate sent to my phone oh we are a franchise finally they gave me two for 8!bucks and some change so not really buy one get one free

      5/18/25 at 5:00PM my wife and I entered the Drive thru Ordering lane. The lane was not moving for about 5 minutes. We parked I went inside to place out order. There was NO ONE in the Dining Room. I waited at the order position to place my order and was not recognized by any employ. I asked if someone could take my order. After a few more minutes a lady with headset to take drive thru orders came to take my order and charge my credit card. After a couple of cars progressed through the drive, I asked if someone could please fulfill my order. The Headset lady came over and I said, " You guys give fast food a whole new meaning." She replied "I'm taking a drive thru order, we are short staffed". I replied "That's not my problem". She returned to the drive thru window. I asked for my again for my order. She returned and asked for my Credit Card. I replied " I have already paid for my order." She was giving me a credit for my order. I asked to receive my order. She replied "You can't have your order because you were rude to me."
      1. Initially someone should have said " We'll be with you in a moment"
      2. A family of 5 arrived behind me and left due to no service.
      3. In the time she returned and credited my account, she could filled my order herself which was 2 side orders of Cole Slaw.
      4. Bad management. Bad Customer Service. If a Manager is short staffed, they should call the Franchise owner for additional help. Rudeness to a customer.

      My husband & I love to eat KFC Chicken aleast once a week. Their regular order of the 8PC dinner with cole slaw & green beans is great.
      The only issue we have is their BISCUITS, whoever gave them this recipe for their Biscuits is terrible. They become hard as nails & strongly recommend they get a better receipe! Hope they offer better biscuits which does not matter to me but my husband really likes BISCUITS.
