Anytime I've ordered from them and there was an issue with my item, it and I quote "wasn't their problem".
Most recently they cancelled an order, to which I did not receive any communications about. When I reached out to their customer service once again, originally I was met with 'yes we can help you' and it suddenly shifted to 'its been almost two weeks since we cancelled it, so you won't get a refund'.
I attempted to escalate the issue, but was met with the same song and dance I'd come to know from this business.
Their terms do not match their business acumen and now I'm out near $400.
I would recommend others to avoid this business, do not give them your hard earned money. There are much better options, shop your local stores instead.

We are very sorry to hear that the customer was not happy with our layaway program. Our layaway program is set up to hold an item for up to 90 days. This order was put in on 3/09 and received the initial deposit payment. After the initial 90 days, there were no additional payments made, and we sent an email on 6/10 letting the customer know that the layaway was pending cancellation and that it would need to be paid off within 3 business days or the order would be cancelled. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response from the customer, and the order was not paid off, so the order was cancelled on 6/17 as per our layaway terms. We were contacted regarding the order on 7/2, but we could not reinstate the order at that time.Review fromJames D
