Refund and Exchange Policy

Return Policy:
New products may be returned for full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date. Returned items must be in the original packaging including all software, manuals, and cables. All factory seals must be intact. If the seal has been broken a return will be granted minus a 20% restocking fee.
Items sold on out clearance shelf, including laptops and desktops, are sold as-is. No returns and no warranty.
Laptops and desktops returned within the 15-day return period are subject to a mandatory $25 restock fee. Ne exceptions.
New AC adapters or chargers will not be returned. No exception.
Custom order parts will not be returned under any circumstances.
Used Computers
We warrant the hardware on our refurbished and used laptops and desktops for a perios of 1-year from the date of purchase. Hardware failure that is not caused by user damage will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Quick Fix LLC at no charge. Software, including virus infection, is not covered under the warranty. Broken ports including DC jack, HDMI, USB, etc. are not covered under warranty. Warranty will be void if there are signs of liquid spill damage, the item has been dropped, or any other damages caused by the user.
New Laptops and Desktops
New computers come with a manufacturers warranty. Quick Fix LLC does not warrant new computers, however we can assist in dealing with the manufacturer for a small fee.
Used phones and tablets
Quick Fix LLC warrants used phones and tablets for a period of 60 days. Warranty does not cover user damage or broken parts or ports. Warranty is void if there is any liquid damage or signs the items was dropped or otherwise damaged.
60 day Warranty for Labor
All work is covered by a labor only 60 day warranty. If the same problem re-occurs within 7 days of the original repair (stated on the invoice), Quick Fix LLC will only charge for any additional parts that may be required. Excludes faults caused by software, virus and end user errors
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not include accidental damage. e.g. liquid damage, cabinet, or component breakage due to misuse. Damage caused by power surges or spikes, including and not limited to, mains power and telecommunications connections, or to other unspecified sources, voltage fluctuation, amperage fluctuation, rust or corrosion, are not covered under warranty.
Warranties do not cover loss or damage due to negligence, accidents, theft, flood, fire, earthquakes, electrical storms or any other act of God or any war related events.
The warranty on any hardware will be voided if any sticker placed on the warrantable equipment is removed, broken or tampered with.
This warranty does not cover failure of equipment due to the system not being serviced adequately, or failure from “fair wear and tear”. This warranty does not cover repairs for the replacement of parts due to incompatibility. The warranty holder will be liable to pay for these repairs.
