5 starsOur ac suddenly stopped working and Midwest was able to schedule a technician asap to come out and evaluate! Billy was our technician and he quickly figured out and solved the issue! He was also super informative and respectful of both our home and cat! Would 100% recommend Midwest and Billy. 5 starsWe have been working with Shon at Midwest Mechanical since 2012 when we replaced the first of two HVAC systems at our current home. We selected Midwest after we did our due diligence to find a business that offered good pricing and quality product. Shon was open, transparent in his communications and professional in all of our interactions. Although the final cost was more than another company, the labor and parts warranty were far better. Over the past 10+ years we have had a minimum of issues with our system and each time something occurred, we contacted Shon and he fit us to their schedule. On each service call the technician was on time, professional and resolved the issue promptly which was covered by the warranty. Our experience led us to contract with Midwest to replace our HVAC system at our rental home. And just as before, Shon was open, transparent and professional during all our interactions. Although we know we have a business relationship, it almost feels like Shon has treated us as friends given the respect and consideration, he has shown us over the years.
I highly recommend Midwest Mechanical for all your HVAC system needs. Remember, you get what you pay for, and Shon is worth every dollar we have paid him.Midwest Mechanical Heating & Air

5 starsHad them give us a quote a year ago to replace our entire hvac system (furnace & A/C), also got quotes from 2 other companies. My husband met with them all and told me this person made him feel the most comfortable and was the most helpful. So this year when our old unit was acting up again, we finally bit the bullet and called them to actually do the work. Obviously the quote went up a bit but they did what they could to discount current rates to get us close to last year's quote.
Installed the new system within a week or so of us calling (which was faster than we expected) and did the work in less time than we expected. Have had them come out twice more to "perfect" some things. They registered the product for us. Very happy with the service, highly recommend this team!Midwest Mechanical Heating & Air
