5 starsMidwest Mechanical responded same day to 2 units. One was not cooling at all, technician was able to diagnose repair and had parts on truck to get the unit up and running on the same day. The other unit had a programming error that took him 2 hours and a lot of trial and error to figure out, but he stuck with it and was able get the unit running as desired. Midwest has always been timely, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Technicians always have the attitude that they aren’t finished with the job unless it’s done right. Highly recommend!

Central air unit. Mr ***** **** was the tech.
He was well trained and knowledgeable in
his trade. Also, very open and trustworthy.

5 starsI came home after a short get away to a very cold house due to my heater not working. I gave Midwest mechanical a call based on a recommendation from a friend and to my surprise they were able to have a technician out to my house that same day. They sent Lee to come diagnose and fix my issue. Lee was amazing!! I loved how he walked me through what he was doing and why. As a single female I have grown cautious and skeptical when it comes to maintenance related topics. Lee immediately put me at ease and gained my trust. He quickly diagnosed my problem and was able to fix it the same day. Going forward I will always call Midwest mechanical for all my maintenance and repair needs.Midwest Mechanical Heating & Air
