4 starsThey were able to get us an appointment quickly. Our issue began on Saturday morning. I put a service request in on their website. We were pleasantly surprised that someone responded right away, as we didn’t think we’d get a response till Monday morning. But we got an appointment for Monday morning, so we were happy. The technician, Angel, was thorough about detecting the problem, then fixing it. He was polite and professional.

5 starsMidwest Mechanical has been for me, a very customer oriented company. A few years back, on accident, the technician forgot to leave me a HVAC filter. Only because I had changed the filter myself, so accidentally he forgot to leave one. I called to remind them of this. Well, I believe it was the owner who brought me a whole box of them himself! The same day! I didn’t want to accept them, as I only needed one, but he insisted. I also proudly say that Lee is our technician and I ask for him on my maintenance check ups. He is thoughtful, personable, patient, thorough and very knowledgeable. He knows his stuff!Midwest Mechanical Heating & Air

5 starsI wanna give a huge shout out to Midwest Mechanical for coming out to my house this week and getting all of my plumbing issues squared away. You guys are definitely second to none!!!
If anyone needs Plumbing or HVAC work done, these guys are the ones that will get it done. Hands down. I literally called to have one thing taken care of in my kitchen, then talk about scheduling a couple of other concerns that I had as well. Lalo and his crew fixed everything while they were at my house. Thank you Midwest Mechanical. 5 starsI was expecting many out-of-state guests and the AC stopped working. It was 85 in the house, so I called Midwest Mechanical. I spoke with Marsha and explained. She said they were all booked-up, but in a caring and compassion way, she said not to worry, they would take care of me. And they did! They sent Angel and he truly was an angel!! He was prompt, professional, very knowledgeable, and friendly. Immediately, he replaced a part that he had with him and we soon had a cool house! This company is a "keeper". I highly recommend them because of their
