      Company was hired on as a third party to appraise the damage done to my car (~24,000$).

      After seeing the car in person and speaking to both the mechanics and case manager, they take over two weeks to write a quote for my vehicle for around 13,000$ and more than a month to have still not approved any work on the car. After multiple back and forth communication with the company, they still purposefully leave off some of the following damaged items:
      - Broken Wheel
      - Damaged Paint
      - Damaged Tires
      - Quarter panel window replacement

      Even after all of this, the shop has issued documentation stating some of these items can not be repaired and MUST be replaced, otherwise it can result in serious injury or death. However, Claim Solutions decides to say that they will refuse to move forward with this claim unless non repairable item is repaired since they will not approve the replacement of an item that can result in my own death.

      Additional context:
      - Car was damaged on 10/3/2023
      - Car delivered to shop on 10/14/2023
      - Car estimate was sent by the shop on 10/24/2023 including 32 pictures of every single damaged item
      - Estimate from Appraisal company provided 11/10/2023 with minimal details or reasoning behind why many items and labor were left off

      Nothing has happened since these dates, and the only company that can provide me an update is the shop. The appraisers are purposefully removing me as CC on the emails that are sent between the businesses.

      Additional context:
      The car that is in the shop is a specialty track vehicle designed to reach speeds of 180 MPH on the track. There is no more than 7,000 of these cars in the U.S.A which makes finding aftermarket or used parts impossible for these cars. Documentation that states what must be replaced to not kill someone has been provided from the shop. Additionally, the shop is owned by Lexus, the manufacturer, and must be repaired to their specifications, otherwise the vehicle will never be safe to drive.

      To clarify, Claim Solution is the third part appraisal company hired by my car insurance to assess and approve work on my car.

      I have not and will not be responsible in paying them directly and am not allowed contact with them directly (as stated by my own insurance), however they are actively cutting corners and acting as a wall to block any work to be done on my car.

      To additionally clarify if I have not done so, I was found 0% at fault and the party that hit my car will be responsible for repayment of all costs back to my insurance which raises the question of why must they deny replacement and work on my car regarding parts that HAVE to be replaced or fixed.

      Lemonade insurance directly for any additional payment and
      questions.
