      They've gained my trust after my encounter with them. I called them when my refrigerator stopped cooling and they responded the same day. They sent a technician over to examine and fix the issue. The tech determined the compressor had gone bad and a few days later the compressor was replaced and my refrigerator is working again. Thank you for your prompt service.

      I’ve had a HomeAssure warranty for over a year now, and I couldn’t be happier. Last month, my refrigerator stopped cooling, and within 24 hours, a technician was at my door. Not only did they fix the problem efficiently, but they also gave me tips to prevent future issues

      Two claims with Home Assure, and I've had approval twice. The first was for my heater, and the most recent was for my air conditioner. My heater, which they replaced, while my air conditioner required a new capacitor, which they replaced also. Their service has been great.

      They came to my rescue when my garbage disposal stopped working, I called Home Assure and they had someone come out the same day to fix it. He fixed it within an hour and taught me how to avoid the situation.
