      This company sends out letters without their name or address on the envelope or their letter. They imply that they are connected to the bank that has a mortgage on your home. They imply several places within the letter that your home warranty has expired or is about to expire and that you need to renew it even though you do not have a home warranty. The letter also implies that their service is a requirement for your mortgage. The only information in their notice is a phone number and a property code reference id (what ever that is). The letters says that failure to call will result in the "lapse of coverage" even when you do not have a home warranty coverage. The letter asks you to contact them immediately as if it is an emergency saturation. When you call their number they say they are "Home Warranty Services". In other words, they do not identify who they really are - Home Assure Administration. They adamantly deny that they claim any of the things I said above when you talk to a salesperson. They are trying to catch old people and naïve people who think this is absolutely necessary and an emergency. They are seriously guilty of unethical sales practices and trickery. I would not trust them with my home.

      Called for a plumbing issue and was able to get service the same day. The plumber showed up despite being on an emergency job and was still able to get my plumbing issue figured out the same day. It was such a relief seeing him fix the leakage within a few minutes of arrival. He took the time to show me how to fix such issues in the future.

      When I first talked to a rep from HomeAssure, she answered all my questions. I've only used them twice since signing up. Once for a water heater filler line problem, and another for my microwave. Both problems were quickly fixed. I'm totally satisfied with their service.

      My home warranty has been one of my best financial decisions. My warranty has saved me thousands on repairs. They replaced my HVAC system, and they have fixed a couple of plumbing issues. I couldn't have asked for more.

      Called when my air conditioner wasn't working anymore, and they scheduled a technician for the repair the same day. The technician came, diagnosed, and replaced the faulty part. He got my air conditioner working again.

      Horrible! No stars but I had to leave 1! They set up service then ghost you! They hired a contractor then asked ME who it was that came to assess the problem. Then I was left with footing the entire bill because they refuse to pay the contractor the hired! I've emailed and called several times and it's an AI robot Everytime..no one is returning my calls..but they continue to take the monthly payment from my account!

      I made a claim on our gas valve for the furnace and the claim was approved the same day all my paperwork was sent in. Their customer service was exceptional.

      They have been so easy to work with!! My dryer went out, and they had my claim approved. Repairs were approved and paid for all on the same day. Everyone has been so kind and helpful. I’ve always been skeptical about home warranties, but with our new home purchase I decided to purchase one, and I am so, so glad I did.
