      This plan turned out to be more valuable than I thought it would be. I've had two claims with them, and both were handled effortlessly. The first was for my dishwasher, and the second for my AC. My only extra payment so far has been my monthly deductible.

      I contacted them about our issue, and in less than 24 hours, they had someone scheduled out to help! The techs that came out were professional and worked diligently to fix the issue with our water heater. I would recommend them to anyone who wants peace of mind.

      Called for a plumbing issue and was able to get service the same day. The plumber showed up despite being on an emergency job and was still able to get my plumbing issue figured out the same day. It was such a relief seeing him fix the leakage within a few minutes of arrival. He took the time to show me how to fix such issues in the future.

      When I first talked to a rep from HomeAssure, she answered all my questions. I've only used them twice since signing up. Once for a water heater filler line problem, and another for my microwave. Both problems were quickly fixed. I'm totally satisfied with their service.

      They have been so easy to work with!! My dryer went out, and they had my claim approved. Repairs were approved and paid for all on the same day. Everyone has been so kind and helpful. I’ve always been skeptical about home warranties, but with our new home purchase I decided to purchase one, and I am so, so glad I did.
