      As quoted by the representative, "the BBB will review the contract signed by me. The BBB will not hear my complaint or find it in my favor because of "the contract" signed by me. I paid $100 to join in January 23-25, 2024. When I called today 2-26-24 at 10:26 a.m., (all their calls are recorded according to the representative), to cancel the service the representative I spoke with told me I had to pay I think it was around $75 to opt out. I don't have the money so now I am obligated to pay on the 3rd, (an arrangement I made because I didn't have the money on the 23-25 of February, they do not have a not of this yet they do have my payment scheduled for the 3rd saying my payment on the 23-25 "didnt go thru"). I will not have the money on the 3rd as well.

      My only defense is what was quoted to me on the phone when I gave them my $100 startup fee. I remind you they have all calls recorded so you can find my conversation with them and know I am not lying. I was quoted I could cancel at anytime without a fee. Now they want a cancellation fee which I do not have. They can keep my $100 I do not want to pay them anything for no service or for cancellation

      (BBB): Moto Assure, INC is an administrator of vehicle service
      contracts. We are paid a fee by third-party sellers to administer the service
      contracts. The sellers usually use the services of multiple administrators. We
      do not engage in any marketing directly to consumers of any type. The consumer has been provided the sellers information.

      Will not complete any of my home repairs ask of keep saying its not in the contract .the last one is they cannot replace a relief valve on may brand new furnace 2/13/2024 ,the other one they could not fix my refridgerator not unless it did not work,the other they could not fix the plumbing on my radiator 6/2023

      The claim was denied in accordance with the terms and conditions of the service contract. The claim was called in for a non-covered component. The servicer stated the boiler needed replaced, customer does not have coverage on the boiler.
