      I signed up with this company on DEC 29, 2019, I wanted to get out the contract in 2021. They stated that I had to stay with the company because I didn’t request to be out the contract within the time frame of no less than 90 days but no more than 120 days’ notice. I got stuck with this horrible company another year. I put the 120-day notice on my wall the whole entire year, so that I would not make the same mistake again. This time I sent the termination when I was supposed to and even got a correspondence that it was received, and my contract would end this year SEPT 1, 2022. This is their reply to me: “We received your notice of your intent to terminate our Factoring Services Agreement on SEPT 1, 2022. Please remember that our agreement states either party must provide the other party with written notice of intent not to renew the agreement at least 90 days (but not more than 120 days) prior to expiration of the current term. Our current Factoring Services Agreement will continue to be in effect through SEPT 1, 2022. We look forward to continuing to serve you through that date – and we truly hope that you will decide that you want to continue to work with us thereafter.” I replied to this email with another letter stating that I do not want to be with their company. Making sure that it was still within the 90-120 days. I didn’t want any misrepresentation this time. Now that I want to move on and go to another factoring company, they state that I did not ask in time. I replied to their email with there email, stating that I asked in time. I just wanted them to send me the release letter personally so that I can move on with my company.Now they send me another contract from sept and there saying I renewed... please don't get this factoring company please

      TAFS management has reviewed this complaint. This client's contract goes through December 21, 2022, later this year. If the client would like to submit a proper termination, they will simply need to wait until later this month to submit their termination notice. As of today, August 8, 2022, it is more than 120 days out. We have attached the reply that was sent to the client. Thank you.
