    I fell behind on my payments due to medical problems, they offered me a lower payment on the pay what you can, I paid my balance off of 35 dollars and change. They were very patient with me. They are awesome to deal with. Thank you Klarna for all your help.

    Great Offer & Professional Customer Service provided to collect debt from Dec/2019. TrueAccord Corp. Representative contacted me via email in regards, link provided to display multiple payments options. I was surprised and impressed with 1 of 3 options payment which was "Pay Today" 60% less than your total balance I didn't hesitate to submit my payment. I wish others Debt Collectors Companies will offer same as TrueAccord to every customer that struggle financially back when Covid-19 Pandemic times...Unfortunately, It was very difficult for me and my family to continue with credit cards monthly payments. Thank you!!

    I’m writing this because I received an email from your company that I owed over 1,200 dollars and which I do not have anything to do with this account.
    I’m not going to pay something that I’m not responsible for! I just received this email on 02/07/2024 and submit my dispute. This account was in 2008. I knew nothing about this. I want to stop receiving emails, or anything about this.

    I fell behind on my Klarna account after unexpectedly losing my job due to health reasons. I'm currently preparing to move to a new city/state, where I'll start a new job in the next couple of weeks. I'm so thankful TrueAccord reached out to me and offered a payment solution. It's easier to make payments, and when I was transitioning between bank accounts and missed a payment, they reached out to me to see how they can help. I got a new payment plan set up today with my new bank info, and I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. If all creditors were this amazing to work with, a lot of people would have better credit scores and less stress.
