    TrueAccord Corp. This business is NOT BBB Just got an email trying to collect a debt for a company that I never did business with and make matters worse the account for collections was from 2005. FYI Any bill that has not been paid on in five years is not collectible.

    (I was not good with money and didn't make much. Both have improved.) It's debt collection.... Bad reviews are fine, but it's debt collection, so let's be real. Yes, they try to contact you, but have you ever been hassled by a debt collector before? In all honesty. This company hassled me the least. They would send texts instead of repeatedly calling ( AND I CAN APPRECIATE THAT!) they never sounded threatening. They always SEEMED like they were willing to work with me. That being said.... I paid my debt in full, after like 3 years. Yes, they attempted contact, but not as incessantly as most.

    I wish I could give zero stars. This budines emailed me looking to collect a debt of another individual that doesn’t even live in the same state as I. The email disclosed personal information including addresses (including past) and debt about and details. This is very concerning that they are sharing personal information with incorrect individuals. I wish I had a way to contact the correct individual to let them know data is being leaked.

    I wish I could give a zero star. They put me in collections for a account that was not mine. I asked for the original bill and where the account was opened it's been months since my first request. I continue to be harassed by this company via text and email and phone. Each time I request the same information. It's still on my credit. I'm ready to seek legal action against them. As a collector they have to provide this information. They have not done so.

    Their payment plans are the best I've seen, they don't expect $300/month. They don't blow you up like many other agencies

    I have never financed anything in my life I received a letter saying I owe a ridiculous amount of money which I do not owe under true Accord something about snap finance ending in ELCA I don't know what to say except for this is not my bill and I never have had a single thing finance in my life these people are sending me the bill with an account number from true Accord send me email phone number mailing address and a fictitious second letter which has a letter ID that says ****** ************** * ****** *** ***** * ************ ** * * * * * * * * * ****** I don't know what this is but that's what it says on the second page it says also a license number ******** not me not my bill stop harassing me

    TrueAccord is an excellent debt collection agency . Excellent customer service love the payment reminders via email and text. They made it very easy to pay off my credit card debt . I would recommend them and if another credit card dedt of mine comes across with them. I would work them again.

    This company started sending me text messages. I reached out and asked to dispute this account because it's not on my credit report. The amount owed and company isn't anything I owe and haven't ever done any business with them. They refused to investigate the amount and give me details according to an email I received back from Ningdeih at ( Trueaccord) I filed a formal complaint.

    TrueAccord Corp. Informed me they were handling my case and I told them that I know I owe the money and they left it at that. I took some time untill I had the money and when I did I paid it. What was cool is they didn't hound me, and I want to thank you for that, and I'm sorry it took so long.
