    TrueAccord is an excellent debt collection agency . Excellent customer service love the payment reminders via email and text. They made it very easy to pay off my credit card debt . I would recommend them and if another credit card dedt of mine comes across with them. I would work them again.

    This company started sending me text messages. I reached out and asked to dispute this account because it's not on my credit report. The amount owed and company isn't anything I owe and haven't ever done any business with them. They refused to investigate the amount and give me details according to an email I received back from Ningdeih at ( Trueaccord) I filed a formal complaint.

    TrueAccord Corp. Informed me they were handling my case and I told them that I know I owe the money and they left it at that. I took some time untill I had the money and when I did I paid it. What was cool is they didn't hound me, and I want to thank you for that, and I'm sorry it took so long.

    This company has been calling me daily for no reason. There is nothing on my credit report nor do I have any clue what this is about. I am assuming this is a fraudulent company as my identity has been compromised many times and there is an AG investigation that is ongoing.

    I received an email attempt to collect a debt for someone who has my first name but a different last name. Supposedly this is for a 2019 charge with Verizon, a company I've never had services with. I believe True Accord is just searching for anyone who might be willing to respond to their outreach.
    By this notice, I'd like to officially report this company as not reputable and ask for any additional information to ensure that they never contact me again.

    Scammers. They spam vague texts to you that you owe a debt but wont ever tell you who you owe or how much or anything. I dont actually owe any bad debts so I already knew when I got twenty texts in 3 weeks that it was a scam. Tried contacting them twice in September-please contact me about this debt so I can pay it. Big surprise- they ghosted me both times.
