    They dont hassle you with extreme number of phone calls or emails. When they do email you as a reminder to pay your balance, its a very warming and pleasant email. I appreciate theyre patience. I was unable to pay my balance back for about 3 months and Im so grateful that I didnt have added stress from this company. It made me actually want to pay my balance happily. Versus other debt collectors who harass you and approach you so negatively that you avoid paying it for a long time lol. This company did well. Thank you for your patience once again. Happily paid my balance in full.

    Set up payment arrangements then needed to change arrangements to biweekly instead of weekly. I called 3 times to fix the issue they took double payments out of my account when they assured me that they wouldnt. Every time I called I received a different response. Now I have another pending payment that I didnt authorize!!!
