    Their system is easy to use and the settlement they offered was fair for both sides. Offering various ways to make payments (3 mos, 6 mos etc..) is helpful as well. All in all, was a good experience (if you have to have one like this). Nice job.

    TrueAccord continues to take payments out of your account after the debt has been settled. Their help line is just a bunch of people who will put you on hold for 10+ minutes and rack up that time while they juggle you from person to person as they stumble through the conversation. They're trying to charge multiple payments of over a hundred USD and I've had to contact my bank to let them know that the debt is closed while TrueAccord continues to harass me via email. It's amazing how poorly equipped they are for problem-solving when they will read off details of your account over the line just fine.
