1 starI am not a person being paid by a company to write a 5 star review. I am a member of 1 of the smallest minority groups 1% in America being a physically/mentally disabled Veteran. I'm a actual unsatisfied customer that has paid the full contract price of $25,000 dollars. They cashed the check same day they worked on my house. I'm exercising the 1st amendment of freedom of speech. Here is my experience on how they demonstrated how they value me as a paying customer/disabled Vet. A representative for this company with no uniform or ID badge going door to door in my neighborhood & giving out % off coupons for basement home repairs failed to honor my no solicitating/loitering sign. I told him I was a disabled Veteran & was not interested. He was persistent & persuaded me to say yes. He gave me a % off coupon. Inspector refused to apply to the contract. (bait & switch?) He used aggressive high pressure sales tactics, scare tactics, etc & failed to write all my concerns down with 1 being people approaching me a Disabled Vet from behind unannounced. I informed foreman as well. They failed to do the job how it was described to me leaving the work incomplete. They failed to respect my property & damaged/destroyed multiple things & failed to keep their word replacing those things. I have to replace a window they damaged/took out without my verbal permission. The foreman refused to explain in detail all the paperwork I did not understand but persuaded me to sign it as it only gave them permission to start. I fell which led to a ER visit & injuries due to their unsatisfactory cleanup yellow/red energy drink can when worker was going to their truck to get paperwork for me. My wife informed them of my fall injuries. Worker bashed me/my service & branch I served. Due to pain & suffering from the belittlement of the verbal/emotional/mental abuse I attempted suicide. I feel scammed, & my gullibility was taken advantage of etc. Disabled Veteran lives Matter. Had MRI today with dia.Review fromJim J

5 starsJust finished up our inspection/estimate with ****. So excited for his team to get started with our hybrid system install. **** was so knowledgeable and friendly throughout the process. He didnt hard/sell or pressure us on anything! His knowledge of the problems and explainatuons the Everdry solutions were enough to close the deal with us. He was so easy to trust and get along with.
