5 starsThe service is five stars! The crew is friendly, and always on time. They clean up their mess at the end of the day so you dont have to worry about cleaning up. Their work is done, efficiently and quickly. This company is easy to work with and when you have any questions are always happy to help. 5 starsWhen we bought our house 11 years ago, Everydry system was aready installed. We had the warranty transfered to us. We had them come out to check to see if everything was working good. After that, we kept up with the yearly renewal and have had no problems. I would recommend this company to anyone needing to waterproof their basement.Everdry Waterproofing of Michiana

The Everdry warranty is transferable from owner to owner and there is no fee to transfer. We are happy you are experiencing a dry and ****************. Most waterproofing warranties are 10 years and are not transferable. You have been experiencing a dry and **************** for 11 years and someone else had it done before you. 1 starI do not recommend this business. All the one star reviews are true! Rude people after you buy their services. They are like the worst car dealership you can imagine. They all talk about helping people and customer satisfaction. Not true! They cancelled my warranty because I gave them a bad review. Beware of the fine print. They are predators who are trying to scam you and get your hard earned money. They will tell you they have letters thanking them for their work. Lies! Everdry has hundreds of thousands of customers nationally and we have over ****** here in our area. 99 plus percent of those customers are happy. We offer a service agreement for the life of the home. There is a nominal annual fee of 145 one time per Year to maintain service and all pumps are covered. Unfortunately sometimes a customer chooses not to pay it which invalidates FREE labor and materials. In this instance the customer did not pay. We apologize for the inconvenience but if I choose not to renew my insurance, I am no longer covered by my insurance company.Everdry Waterproofing of Michiana

5 starsHave had such a positive experience with Everdry! The prior homeowners of our property had put in a basement system with Everdry, but we neglected to follow up on continuing the service when we moved in. I called Everdry, and they were incredibly helpful and understanding. They helped us renew the policy right away. When an issue the prior homeowners refused to fix had water coming into the basement, Everdry helped us to figure out the issue and made sure the problem got fixed. No more leaks, and now we can finally get the basement remodeled. Thanks, Everdry!Everdry Waterproofing of Michiana
