1 starThey came to my house and didnt try to find the problem, just immediately started trying to sell me their crazy expensive system. They told me I didnt have drain tiles (I do), and tried to sell me by scaring me into their product. Its **********, they feed off each other and their sales call is practically scripted. We ended up with a less than $300 fix! They wanted to charge me more than what some new cars cost!Incredibly unethical. I dont know how they sleep at night.Everdry Waterproofing of Michiana

1 starThe service is very expensive. My system was installed months ago and I am still having problems. My basement flooded after the first rain and I was told that it is not covered. I found this to be odd that a waterproofing company would do a job and less than a month after finishing when my basement floods inform me they are not responsible due to negligence (not my negligence, but the fact that their workers cut a pipe in my basement and just left it open). The water from the basement being pushed out by the pump was running right next to the house and would push water out every 5 to 10 minutes. I initially I realized there was a problem when I received an email from my power company, informing me that my energy usage was up 32% from the previous week, I believe this in part was due to the fact that the pump was running continuously. I installed some PVC pipe on my own just to get the water away from the house, when the technicians returned to remedy this problem, they dug a drywell at the end of the pipes that I had put in and left it there, sitting on the top of my lawn. I was told by the technician that I would just have to move it every time I mowed. As I was not happy with this outcome I called the office and was first just pushed through past three different people to talk to. I was already upset and this was making me more, understandably, upset. The manager was more concerned with explaining why it wasnt there fault and started yelling at me. I was upset and yes, I was raising my voice, but it is very, very unprofessional for someone dealing with customer service to yell at their customer. I was told not to tell him how to do his job, even though his technicians, just used the work that I did to supposedly fix my problem. I put in the pipes as a stopgap just to get the water away from the house as I was waiting for them to come out to fix the problem. Very unprofessional and their current manager needs to freshen up his customer service skills.Everdry Waterproofing of Michiana

Everdry offers a **************** Warranty and has hundreds of thousands of happy customers. The water that came in was from a pipe and not the foundation but we are here to help. I have not heard from anyone in weeks. The last conversation I had the manager just yelled at me and said the owners were out of town and someone would get back to me after theyve talk to them. I have not received a single phone call.Everdry Waterproofing of Michiana

5 starsWhen I purchased my new home in March of 2020, it had major deterioration in the basement. I was carrying out gallons of water when it rained. I contacted Everdry and they had me on their schedule right away. All of the leaks were fixed, both from the inside and outside. They did amazing work and completely cleaned up the mess when they were finished. Now, I love my basement and it doubled the square footage in my house. *****5 STARS***** I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERDRY!!!GB **********, *******Everdry Waterproofing of Michiana
