He took the time to walk us through everything that was going on with our basement, explaining the issues in a way that was easy to understand. For the first time, we felt like we actually understood the problem we were dealing with.**** didnt just point out the issues he showed us exactly how Everdry would fix them, step by step. His honesty and thoroughness gave us a ton of confidence in the process. 5 starsWe met with **** for our inspection and quote to waterproof our basement. He was extremely kind and relatable. He walked us through ever detail and explain things in ****** terms and made sure we understood the installation process. His customer service is professional and above normal standards. 5 stars**** was great at explaining everything that goes into waterproofing a basement. Price was higher than I expected, but lower than what my wife expected. So it averages out to a fair price, I would say. All in all, a great experience, from the sales side of things.Everdry Waterproofing of Michiana
