5 starsWhenever you have water where there shouldn't be, you're filled with an immediate sense of dread. The first question that comes to mind is, "How did it get there?" The second is, "How much is this going to cost me?"The experts at EverDry of Michiana came out took great care of us. **** *., in addition to being friendly, courteous, and professional, also demonstrated expertise well beyond what we'd have imagined. Through considered questions and careful diagnosis, he helped us make smart decisions about our home. Quickly, **** earned our trust and validated why EverDry was the first call we made.

5 starsWe met with **** for our inspection and quote to waterproof our basement. He was extremely kind and relatable. He walked us through ever detail and explain things in ****** terms and made sure we understood the installation process. His customer service is professional and above normal standards. 5 stars**** was great at explaining everything that goes into waterproofing a basement. Price was higher than I expected, but lower than what my wife expected. So it averages out to a fair price, I would say. All in all, a great experience, from the sales side of things.Everdry Waterproofing of Michiana

5 stars***** and his crew came out to do the work on our house and they did a fantastic job despite having a hiccup with the electrical in our crawlspace. They were super fast getting everything done and left things fairly neat for such a dirty job. They gave us constant updates as they went of what they were doing and how they were going to do it, plus ******** called me every day around the time they finished to make sure things were going as expected and there were no issues. I have to say Im definitely impressed with their customer service from what *** dealt with so far.Everdry Waterproofing of Michiana
