      I leased a vehicle July 2023 that I brought in to have repaired on 2/16/24 and the dealership has not communicated with me on when the issue will be resolved. My car is still at the dealership sitting. I leased a New 2023 glc 300 4 ***** coupe that now needs a fuel tank according to the dealership. The car has less than ****** miles , is less than 6 months old , and this has been occurring since the third month after leasing the vehicle. I pay over ***** a month for a car note on a car I dont have or cannot drive these past few weeks . I dont have another vehicle and need my car for work. I would just like to have my car fixed and returned asap . This is not a timely manner and it appears nobody at the dealership sees this as an urgency . To keep the car over two weeks and not communicate efficiently with me is disheartening for me as a new consumer of Mercedes . This is my first Mercedes and probably my last Mercedes . I never expected all of this to occur on a vehicle such as a brand new Mercedes. I put gas in my car and right after it tells me I have none its at zero . The car stopped on me on the expressway the week before I brought it in . I had to walk up the expressway and get a gas can and get gas because the gas gauge is not reading properly on my new car. This was embarrassing *** never ran out of gas in my life. To diligently put gas in my car and it does this is sad. I cannot and should not have to keep up with my mileage in my head and constantly fill up because the gas gauge is broken. To have put gas in the car and it still reads zero after fueling up is unbelievable and unacceptable overall. I have reached out to corporate as well . Im a woman and I would hate for another woman, mother , sister or anyones daughter to ever experience this. I honestly feel like I bought a lemon unfortunately. I have a video as well showing me driving going 65 miles and Im on empty according to my gas tank that I just put $40 worth of gas in .

      ZERO STARS Horrible. When I bought my $70k car at this place they never paid off my trade in and I had payments coming out of my checking account for two months for a car they owned (trade-in). Fast forward 18 months I have a flat tire so I call Mercedes service (road side assistance included in my purchase price) to have my $71K car towed to Napleton Mercedes Service garage. ******************* is the manager at the Mercedes Service garage, he never called me, never did anything to fix my ONE flat tire from Friday till following Tuesday. When I called I was either hung up on, sent to voice mail, or one time even told my car was not at their garage. They eventually told me (**** manager) they could not help me....they had no tires and gave me no option of ordering tires or waiting for them to be delivered. **** took my phone number twice and said he "would get to the bottom of this and call me back"; I never heard from him again. I ended up paying Green towing to go get my car and tow it to TIRE BARN in Valparaiso to have all new tires replaced and repaired. I will never go back to Napleton Mercedes, HORRIBLE, terrible service, actually NO service. Even the people who answer the phones are terribly rude. I have had better service at CARMAX.I am terribly sorry I purchased a car from Napleton, and even more upset to receive NO service and a run around for a simple flat tire. ZERO STARS. RUN, dont but from this place.

      This situation was handled poorly by my staff. I tried reaching out to *************, to no avail. We ordered his tire but it was on backorder by our supplier. He then towed his car to a tire store where they ordered different tires for him. I feel it was a bad communication error on our part and we unfortunately lost his business as a result.

      No one reached out to me. The only communication I had with this business was initiated by myself. Napleton did not offer me any purchase options or alternate resolution. I was simply told "your tires are not available"; I did not request a specific tire. I was never given a quote for tire prices or even told what type of tire they could not secure. When I requested a loaner vehicle I was told, "well with COVID....I will put you on the list if I get a loaner". Napletons response tries to portray that they attempted to help me is some way. They did not. Buyer beware.
