  ARS is very unprofessional. Being a first-time home buyer, I needed a new ** unit for my Condo. It's has been over a year since installation. I have to keep calling them out for leaks in the ceiling. Of course, they saying I wasn't maintaining the unit. They have had to come out several times. A couple times they have called me and said they had to come do an inspection and they charged me. They have recently had to come out for the same thing (leaking) well the guy that came out did some inspecting and found nothing at first, he then proceeded to inspect more. He vacuumed the vents and came back the next day. He found that the ** was installed wrong that would explain the leaks. He then stated he would have to come the next day to reinstall and again I will have to take on the cost of this $869 and they charged me in advance. He came the next day to inspect again to see if what he did the previous day worked, it did work so the $869 that was charged in advance, they now don't want to refund my money. They did charge me $200+ on top of the &869 and they are giving me a run around to refund the $869. They keep saying they will contact me by 4PM or they next day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

  Absolutely terrible service for the installation and the mini split air conditioner heater has broken three times in 3 months they don't seem to be able to fix it I want my money back do not go to these people under any circumstances

  ARS service agents were not able to find issues in my HVAC...I took maintenance service package for an year and they charged me ahead before taking first visit its okay as long as they do there job but they were not able to find 2 major issues which other company i had to hire and they fixed them...I kept calling ARS to refund my amount and customer ********************** will say oh sorry to hear i will pass your information to maintenance department they will call you but trust me after 2 months i am writing this worst review because they never call us back nor they pick the call for maintenance team....only cusotmer care picks the calls and they dont do anything to resolve the issue....Guys be careful before going with ARS they are not worthy

  I wish I didn't have to use even one star for this rating. Yesterday we were told by ******* that someone would be out between 8am and 12 pm today. ******* called today at 11am to say nobody would be out today. We wasted an entire day and a half on this scheduled appointment when we could've had another company scheduled, come out and our problem solved. Poor, unprofessional business practice!

  ARS is very prompt in answering calls and sending someone who can fix the problem, whether it is a clogged sink, flooded family room, or more!An excellent company all around.******************

  ARS has installed a furnace, air filtration system, humidifier and hot water tank in the last 2 years, most recently the the hot water tank. The plumber did a great job today, answered all questions and made sure it was added to the program protecting all the other appliances theyve put in. The customer ********************** is excellent, as are the technicians that do the work. I highly recommend this company.

  Had a basement pipe burst the evening before Thanksgiving and ARS was able to come out within a few hours (unlike the other 24 hr emergency plumbers who oddly weren't working!). The plumber replaced the broken section, including a turnoff valve that it desperately needed, and checked and fixed the other connections where the water terminated. I was very grateful that someone 1) actually came as promised, 2) was friendly and 3) repaired it right the first time. The cost was less than I expected given the timing. In today's world of apathetic, unhappy and lazy workers, it was a nice surprise to have a pleasant, competent professional show up. ARS will be my first call the next time I need any plumbing done.

  ******************* estimated a new water heater for us on 11/4. *********************************** ****** came to do the replacement on 11/9. The whole process was perfect, from ****'s estimate to replacement of the heater by ************** I would recommend them for any plumbing job. They also do HVAC so I'll probably try that when needed.
