1 starPoorly assembled, ************* supports, 2 windows installed crooked, shower not leveled properly, slide out leaked from day one, I fixed it, why couldn't they build it ************ and wood shavings left in every place not visible to a walk thru. Leaky bath faucet, they don't use teflon tape on fittings. Hinges under bunks damaged or misaligned, poor quality of wood supports under main bed, had to s**** in metal brackets on 2x2's so it could be used to sleep on,over head shelf in same area fell down with only clothes stored on it, had to refasten with screws, they only use a lame staples. Not enough room to list everything. This is a brand new 2021 24' also the tank level indicators are c*** NEVER EVER BUY ONE OF THESE.Jayco, Inc.

1 starHorrible customer service. They may as well save their breath and paperwork explaining their so called "warranty". It is an absolute joke. Won't return calls. Local dealer is no better either. They dropped the ball on a claim that should have been under warranty and now we're screwed and Jayco could care less. Once they get the sale, you can forget ANY customer service. Wish we had looked at more reviews before purchasing a Jayco product. We should have stuck with ****** and I plan on advising others to do the same!Jayco, Inc.

1 starYes seems like I am in the same boat as everyone else I purchased a 2022 32 bhds all season to move around because I am in the military ,so sold my house purchased a brand new trailer (****** dollars because I didnt want any problems LOL)and 2 weeks in the entry door doesnt close and when it does it could pop open at any time ,paneling in the bedroom is popping off and it was delivered to my house with a broken safety chain now the window blinds are falling off in the bedroom as well as the towel rack in the bathroom so contacted the dealer and was told it has a warranty drop it off and we will have it done in about 6 to 8 weeks now that my house is sold and I need to live in this garbage trailer built by JAYCO I would like to know whos paying for ******** room for 8 weeks while I pay for the trailer to sit there and to let you know I paid to have a camping world technician come to the trailer checked it out put in a warranty claim (early June ) and am still waiting for it to be repaired and low and behold winter is here now and I am still waiting I JUST WANTED TO LET PEOPLE KNOW WHAT KIND OF GARBAGE JAYCO IS PUTTING OUT THERE so be warned and dont listen to the lies about the quality Jayco is selling if I could walk away from this and break even I would heck I would take a loss at this point just to get rid of this headache!!! (Because I have more issues pending) But all this good news aside just wanted to let people know that from my experience QUALITY IS NOT NUMBER ONE AT JAYCO you are just another sucker with a paymentJayco, Inc.

1 starI wish there was a option for negative stars below whats on the ratiing scale!!!! Complete disgust with the purchase of a NEW 2022 Jayco Feather Micro 171BH from Camping World in ********* **. From purchase date on 28 July until unit STILL sitting at the dealer as of 17 Nov 2022 pending warranty related defects. Paying on a unit and still not feeling safe to use it.Warranty repair done on rear bunk doors due to defective closing. Upon leaving the dealer cover door for the hot water heater blows off on the interstate.Takes the unit back to deal. The main door for entry into the unit is misaligned on the frame so another warranty ticket was done only for the warranty department to say it wont be covered. Come to find out they were still looking at the first door replacement versus the new defective door frame not being able to close and latch properly. Molding inside the unit by the bathroom shower floor area is popping out. Sales reps fast to make you a deal of a lifetime but should have went on my instincts to walk away and not having to deal with this c*** now. Never in a million years would I recommend Jayco or this Camping World location to anyone wanting to invest in a travel trailer.Jayco, Inc.

1 starwe have owned the rv for a couple years and we have used it approximately 70 days. 2 to 4 weeks each year.NOW the NORCOLD refrigerator no longer works. The warranty is for ONE YEAR! We used it 14 days in year one. Now we need another refrigerator.$1,300.00 for a new one and $300.00 to install. This is a nightmare.If ANYONE asks me about the quality of Jayco I will tell them NOT TO BUY ONE. Pre purchase investigation shows high quality with good reviews. THIS IS NOT TRUE. I need the refrigerator so I will purchase it and have it installed.Under duress. I will advise anyone who asks NOT to purchase any Jayco product.Jayco, Inc.

1 starWe purchased a brand new Jayco from **********************. When we purchased it we noticed a orange size bubble by the back window. They said it was a delamin at the service department. They took photos and said if it gets worse bring it back and they would fix it. We had no reason to believe we would spend over a year with emails and phone calls to Jayco and Blue Dog Rv to try and honor our warranty. Blue Dog says they turned it in and Jayco says they did not. Back and forth with lies on both sides because they said in order to fix it they would have to remove the back wall. All I know is that it was like that when we purchased it and we turned it in with the trailer only being a couple months old. They have the photos and continue to blame eachother so neither has to stand behind the trailer warranty. We purchased at Blue Dog because it's local and we wanted a flat side because it's easier to clean but who knew that it was the worst decision we would ever make. This is why you buy brand new so you don't have to worry about things like this. So after playing phone tag with both for over a year we now have to file small claims because Jayco and Blue Dog in Medford do not care about their customers just making another sale. Shame on both sides. We did everything we were supposed to do but clearly they do not stand behind their trailers.Jayco, Inc.

1 starWe purchased a 2021 Jayco Jayflight 31MLS. The overall trailer is great. We love the layout and my wife loves it. However the king size Serta mattress is horrible. About 3 months into our purchase we noticed that the mattress started breaking up into 3 separate parts. The bed is absolutely horrible to sleep on and has progressively gotten worse. I did not know that the bed was covered under warranty until recently. I contacted Jayco they asked for pictures. They then asked for a mattress tag. My wife cut that off day 1 because we didnt think there would be a problem with the mattress in year 1. Jayco proceeded to tell us that the mattress was no longer a warranty item because of a mattress tag. That is crazy and absurd. We spent a lot of money for this trailer and Jayco prides themself on warrantys. I really feel Jayco dropped the ball. They could have honored the warranty and made a happy customer. I am a very unsatisfied ********************** consumer.Jayco, Inc.

1 starJayco sent us a safety recall notice on a brand new 2022 *** Flight SLX. We haven't used the trailer yet and it already needs repairs? The closest dealer is 2 hours away and Jayco said it's our responsibility to get the recall repairs completed (no reimbursement for mileage/gas). Not happy that they put out a piece of c*** product that is now going to cost us hundreds of dollars in ************ than a day to resolve. Do better Jayco!!Jayco, Inc.

1 starOur Jayco travel trailer had a recall for the Regulator. No dealers in our area had the part, on back order, approximately 6 month wait time. Found the part an hour away at Jayco dealer, purchased it. Put the part on ourselves. Jayco has denied to reimburse us for the part that was *****. My opinion is that this is NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!Jayco, Inc.
