1 starWe bought a 2024 Entegra 29f last year and have had nothing but issues with the generator getting vapor locked in the weather over 100 degrees. Entegra and Jayco have known about these issues for years and continue to put the generator in the same compartment behind the engine. They are putting out a defective products and then shift blame and refuse to actually fix the problem. They do not seem to care if people or pets get heat exhaustion they just ignore it. Shame on you for defrauding innocent people. #Entegracoach #Jayco ***** #whereisyourintegrityentegra #donotbuyjaycoJayco, Inc.

1 starAs someone in ******* in the market for an RV, I would never choose this company. Standing behind your 3 employees who crushed 2 live cats in a compactor is disgusting. I'll spend my money at business that actually has morals and ethics.Review fromTiffany F

1 starUnethical and inhumane animal practices to cats on the property. Sad thing this is not the first time it has happened, only the first time they were caught. Jayco says they do not support the actions of their employees but yet I think they need to show proof of that. What steps/ measures are to be taken to prevent this from happening again? No charges we pressed against these men so the other employees are shown if they do these terrible things they just get a slap on the hand and are free to go put apps in at another rv factory, meanwhile those poor cars never get to see sunlight again.Review fromMichella A

1 starLike many others, if I could leave a 0, I would. I bought a 2023 Jayco Baja 29' bumper pull camper in Oct 2023. During the walk through that lasted about 5 minutes, I pointed out 4 cosmetic issues; a wrinkle in the ceiling, a flaw in one couch cushion (that could easily become a tear), the trim in one spot was not attached, and the trim cushioning on the back of the dining room chair was not attached. I was assured that all would be perfect at pickup. None of the issues were fixed and those are the LEAST of the issues I have with it.I go camping and then take it in for warranty ***airs for 3 weeks, again and again and again. So far the issues I have had include: the first set mentioned above that are still not fixed, the water pump went out, I have had numerous sets of window trim come loose, the plumbing fell apart, there is a water leak they still can't find and haven't fixed, the outside storage doors (2 times and they still aren't working), and most recent was of the 6 connections in the electrical box, 2 had free wires and the ground was not connected and the main line from the battery was not crimped in correctly and it would touch metal, work, shift and I had no power. I have actually reached out and communicated with the regional sales *** about the issues and he just keeps assuring me that he is "sending it up the line" and he will make it right. Issue is nothing is being made right. I am really careful with the camper, as its purchase was a dream come true that has turned into a nightmare. Check your electrical and your plumbing. I had sparks flying before I fixed it and a god awful mess when the plumbing failed that I had to clean. Oh, and do yourself a favor, buy a different brand that costs the same, but is built better and has better customer service.Review fromTeresa p

1 starAfter reading what these employees did to these cats, it made me nauseous and so very angry. The fact that these men were NOT FIRED UNTIL recently tells us all we need to know. This company deserves to lose all business. It is sickening the anguish and torture that these cats went through, in those moments, while those men sat there and watched them die in unbelievable agony. I am disgusted and hope that this entire business shuts down. The ** was "misquoted" , then why weren't these men fired and why didn't YOU, Jayco, Why didn't YOU FILE CHARGES AGAINST THESE MEN YOURSELF????Jayco, Inc.

Jayco takes this matter very seriously, and do not condone the actions of the three individuals involved or animal cruelty of any manner. Their employment with the company has been terminated. Immediate measures were taken and continue to be executed to educate employees on appropriate procedures and company expectations.
After investigating the quote attributed to ***** *******Vice President of Operations in the charging materials filed against the three former Jayco employees, it is apparent that Mr. ****** has been misquoted. ********* adamantly denies making the statement attributed to him in the affidavit. Jayco has requested the original file materials from the **************************** in the hopes to better understand how Mr. ******* words were twisted so grotesquely between the time he cooperated with authorities in February to the time the false quote was included in the charging affidavit in June. Once again, Jayco, and its management team, including Mr. ******* does not condone the type of behavior alleged to have occurred.Review fromDavid N

1 starWe purchased a 2024 jayco pinnacle 37mdqs in March of 24 and the quality is absolutely terrible. Water leaks, roof wrinkles, pour cabinets and not insulated as stated. This wasn't a cheap camper well at least the purchase price wasn't the camper itself is nothing but cheap. We spent extra for a 3rd ac and when all three are set to 72 on an 85 degree day they can't keep up, which goes to show the pour insulation quality. The old 15 Forset river we had was a far superior camper for less than half the cost. Not even 30 days from purchase water was at a pretty good pace coming out the 5th wheel hitch. 5 months at the dealer and jayco not willing to reimburse for payments or loss of use time. The warranty and sticker on the door state full time living warranty but the people from jayco say they don't have a full time living warranty lol. We use ours for work and spent time in it but it does nothing when you can't use it. Back from the dealer after the 5 month stint and the issue supposedly fix and guess what water leaking out the 5th wheel again lol. Another several months at the dealership and the issue was allegedly fixed again well next hookup water didn't come out the 5th wheel thus time it was from under the bedroom cabinets. This camper is a 125k pile of yeah, I plan on writing a review on every site possible which also infuriates me because I have much better things to do with my time.Jayco, Inc.

1 starIf I could give my Jayco experience zero stars, I absolutely would. What began as an exciting purchase for my wife and me has turned into one headache after another with our 5th wheel Jayco Eagle 321 RSTS. As an active duty service member, I was hoping for a reliable ** to help transition smoothly between duty stations. Instead, weve faced nothing but frustration and disappointment. From day one, issues began piling up. The battery provided at purchase was a "showroom" battery that failed within two weeks, leaking sulfur fumes throughout our camper. Then the kitchens plumbing, made of cheap *** piping, crackedsoaking the entire cabinet space beneath the sink. Within six months, the Everchill refrigerator gave out, taking two additional months to replace. As if that werent enough, a leak in the underbelly of the ** remains unresolved to this day. And now, Ive discovered another crackthis time in the *** piping under our bathroom tub.Jaycos response has been even more disappointing. Their customer service deflects responsibility by blaming "vendors" for the faulty components. Yet Jayco chose those vendors and installed those parts. Its unacceptable to pass the **** after marketing these units as being ready for full-time **ing. For the record, a sticker on our ** claims its covered for full-time use. But when I questioned this, I was told full-time meant vacationingnot living. If someone can explain what full-time vacationing actually means, Id love to hear itbecause after all this, I desperately need one.Jayco has fallen short in quality, service, and integrity. I urge prospective buyers to steer clear. Choose a manufacturer that builds with care and stands behind its products. We deserved betterand so do *******: *****************Jayco, Inc.

1 starThree Jayco employees intentionally put two helpless cats into a trash compactor, where the cats must have suffered horribly until they died a slow, painful death! And Jayco only fired those employees AFTER what they did became public knowledge, which was MONTHS after the animal cruelty was known and reported. Disgusting!!Jayco, Inc.
