  Horrible customer service. Sent wrong parts and charged over $150 to restock. No parts fit after their website said they would. Customer service said I should have read the small print. LOL

  I will never buy anything else from this site again as long as Iam on this earth I purchased a axle for my atv put it on and the boot busted and they sent me a new one and I put it on and it’s touching my off set arms emailed them to make it right and they did nothing so iam stuck with a brand new axle I can’t use the axle they sent me is to big for my atv so they will never get no more of my money so this company can go **** itself so this is a ******

  Terrible customer service. I bought a bed cover for a Polaris Razor. The concept is good but the design and fitment is not. The cover did not fit correctly on the box with gaps in the side and metal tabs for securing to the box were bent. Further, the website doesn't disclose the cover has to be uninstalled every time you need access to the engine, e.g. oil changes. NOT user friendly. I called customer service and got a return authorization only to find out at the UPS store it was going to cost me $378 for the return since the company doesn't and won't pay for the return. I called customer service and was told to try and sell it on Facebook. What a joke. Now I'm out $538. I will never buy anything from this company again.

  everything is something that might fit. Windshields that i purchased. Flip style would not fit. took it to shreveport store got money back. bought 1/2 windshield that day and it was so thin you don't need to go over 5 mph. Have to return it to Indiana for $60. No way. Company is a rip-off!!

  I have never had such unprofessional assistance before. Their website leads you to think a specific part is universal then they tell you its not when it arrives. "Universal" meaning to them is not what you would think. They wont accept the fact they falsely advertise a product. Im stuck with something I cant use and out hundreds of $$$$.

  While their product (windshield) was excellent, their customer service and web experience were not. When I submitted my credit card information to complete the transaction on the website, they actually billed me for an amount that was $25. higher. I spoke with two different people at SuperATV who were not willing to refund the money even after I showed them screenshots of the website price. The company was sold recently so I wrote to the new CEO and Marketing mgr and never received a response. The transaction bordered on fraudulent but they apparently couldn't care less.

  Bought new bushings and bolt kit twice from Super ATV because the radiusarm bolts keep falling out. After installing installing the second set I noticed that the bolts aren't long enough to fully reach the end of the lock nut. Talked to customer support and was told that they are being installed wrong. Super atv is now out of my shopping list for future purchases.

  Poor quality parts for and off road vehicle. Purchased fender flares over a year ago. One cracked within a month, that was replaced by SuperATV. Just bumped left fender on garage door this winter and another one cracked. All fender flares new were around $400. One fender flare replacement $150. Not only is the product poor quality but replacement cost is ridiculous. No help from customer service. To top it off I left a negative review regarding the product the review disappeared within minutes. This would be why the product has a 5 star review on their site.

  Horrible customer service! Hopefully you don’t have to return an item, it will cost you more than the item is worth. I will not buy anything from this company. Buyer beware!

  Had a customer service representative on the phone an he assured me the parts would absolutely fit our machine this was on Wednesday 4-5-23. Paid for two day shipping received them Friday. Wouldn’t fit contracted cs late Friday during business hours left message. Contacted by cs on Saturday morning they created a return label. It was shipped Saturday at 1pm. I emailed them the tracking information Saturday as well. Contacted them by phone on Monday 4-10-23 cs associate sees the return by Tuesday. Bottom line is they cost me 475.00 bc we had to cancel two weekend cabin rentals less than 24 hours prior to arrival date for a weekend ride. They just now on 4-17-23 refunded my money. It also states that it could take up to 10 days for me to get the money back into my account. Absolutely no one knows there butts from a hole in the ground there. Not one person has offered to make this right on their end!!! They don’t even make any sort of discount on future purchases from them. At this point if they sent me anything I’d burn it simply due to this inconvenience.
