    This is the worst experience I ever had! Placed an order for a lift kit through Amazon they sent an order to Super ATV with my address Super ATV sent a label to ups with the wrong address so my package did not get delivered. I call the next day and one of Super ATV employees told me they did indeed send it to the wrong address and he told me where it was sent I asked don’t they check the shipping labels before the send orders out. He said he didn’t know what happened he would check and call me on Monday never got a call back. I called Super ATV and was connected to the service manger and he basically said I was lying! I said did you just say I was lying he said no but my guy didn’t tell you that well I just told you he did so yes you are saying I am lying. He repeated several times that I was not told that and even sent an email saying that. Well when I finally got my package and I had to drive to ups to get it the shipping label from Super ATV did indeed have the wrong address! On top of that we got our other order which was a windshield and parts were missing! I would like an apology from the service manager for the way he treated me! He simply could have said sorry for the mistake I will make sure it gets fixed! Instead he repeatedly defended the company blamed ups said they must have changed the label and said I was wrong!

    Well ordered parts and then after about a 2 weeks of calling because my package never arrived I finally got them to send a replacement on week 3. Now that I finally got my replacement part 3 weeks late ITS THE WRONG PART. I’ve called and they are going to send the right parts after trying to tell me they are the right parts. When the didn’t fit. So we will see about these new parts.

    Virtual Tech (BethAnn) was amazing at determining the exact axle to fit a modified RZR I purchased. Price for the axle was fair and the shipping was free and arrived the very next day! I highly recommend SuperATV.

    I purchased 2ea Rhino 2.0 rear axles for my 2024 CanAm Defender in October 2024. After installing both axles, 1 of the upper boots slid off after less then 5 miles of casual riding. I emailed Super ATV and told them of the the issue, after some confusion on what I was suppose to do, i sent them a pic of the damaged axle. They apologized and sent a new one out immediately. After installing the NEW one I did the same thing, light backroad riding, and again, the upper boot slipped off. After researching this, there seems to be quality issues with Rhino as other owners experienced the same issues, some were Polaris and some were CanAm. I asked for a refund, I don't trust Rhino at this point. I cut the 3 axles in half and sent a pic to Super ATV (which was what they asked for). They told me they would send me a refund. This was November 6th. here it is November 21st and I have yet to receive my refund. When I ask for some assistance, i am told I have to take it up with "Klarna"... I have no idea who Klarna is or why they are involved. Once I receive my refund I will not be doing business with Super ATV unless it is absolutely necessary. I am not impressed with this company at all.

    They USED TO BE a great company, then came the buyout by corporate America and its been downhill since! I have ordered many items for my RZR w/no issues until now! 1st purchase since takeover and as of now, I am 30 days waiting for an item(primary clutch) that the website RIGHT NOW shows "in stock" when they are clearly not in stock.
    The "inventory specialist" has , to date, given me 3 different dates, still no clutch. It was a sale that got me to buy it, so I will not cancel the order and pay an xtra $200 for it!!!
    New date, August 2nd..........we shall see, but, I can 100% say this will be the last purchase I make from Superatv as they ate not the company they used to be.....

    If SATV dose not have the part you need they will send you the wrong part. If and when you get in touch with them they will tell you no problem just send the incorrect part back (that our website showed would fit) and we will refund your money LESS SHIPPING AND 25% RESTOCKING FEE! Then they will tell you they do not have the correct part never did and never will. This was my experience with SATV. Funny though if you check reviews on their website you will find all 5 Star reviews. 25% on all the incorrect parts they sell adds up to a lot of $$$

    Ordered a windshield for my 2021 rzr and had it on there for 5 day went threw 3 washes with baby soap and a clean micro fiber towel and the window started getting hasy reached out to them and imediatly said it was not covered under warranty when it says on there the product is scratch resistant well I guess I will never order anything from them again thanks super Atv

    Wow…i will never buy another product from SATV. I have called and left voicemails for 2 weeks now. They have not called back. Ordered 15 % portals on accident, wanted 30%. My bad, but they are now charging me 25% restocking (clearly not in their policy) & return shipping. They are unopened, brand new and I had to drive 4 hrs to grab them. Glad I did because I wouldn’t have received them within their 90 day return window otherwise…and will not honor the price I purchased them at originally to exchange them…@SuperATV

    Horrible customer service. They shipped the wrong part.
    They made it right but it's been a lot of hassle for their mistake.
    No apology, probably happens all the time.

    I have bought all super atv suspension parts on my turbo s I'm the only owner and have a bent radius rod that has a lifetime warranty and we'll guess what again they are not standing behind their warranty because I can't show a receipt or order number. I have had these on my machine for at least 3 years. They are no doubt super a TV product. This is b******* every time you go to warranty something. Through this company, they screw you
